背景技术
现有的永磁设备中采用的永磁体一般都是规则形状的,基于制作的成本,这些永磁体都是均匀普通的圆柱形永磁体或者长方形永磁体以及圆环形或其他形状,虽然制作工艺简单,制作成本低廉,但随着永磁设备微小化精密化的程度,这些永磁体的磁性逐渐赶不上永磁设备的需求,因此,需要一种改进的工艺制作出新型的永磁体来达到设备的需求。

永磁棒,包括两个半圆形柱体和位于两个半圆形柱体中的一个薄片状导磁体,两个半圆形柱体为永磁材料制成的永磁体,与导磁体共同组成圆柱形结构,其中两个永磁体的磁场方向为径向,方向一致。
所述两个半圆形柱体永磁体与导磁体通过粘结固定在一起,也可通过设置无磁性套筒裹住来固定。
有益效果:本实用新型工艺简单,加工方便,装配容易,在径向方向上有很强的磁场,两个永磁体磁场方向一致,相互叠加,磁场强度深,衰减慢,符合高精度永磁设备对永磁体的要求。

2.根据权利要求1所述的永磁棒,其特征在于,所述两个半圆形柱体永磁体与导磁体通过粘结无磁性套筒裹住来固定。
