在建材加工行业中，挤出加工之前的粉料，需要通过烘干机对其水分进行烘干。现有技术中，均采用干燥机进行烘干，但是这种烘干方式存在烘干不彻底等缺陷，粉料残留水分过高，对后续的挤出加工产生一定的影响。

为了解决现有技术中存在的技术问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、烘干效率高的用于粉料烘干装置的旋转辊。

用于粉料烘干装置的旋转辊，其特征在于，包括支架，支架内设有滚轴，滚轴上设有旋转辊，旋转辊的圆周面上设有数组长方形凹槽，凹槽的内壁安装有远红外加热管。
进一步，滚轴的一端与电机连接。

同时，滚轴5的一端与电机4连接，通过电机4的工作，带动旋转辊2进行旋转，一边旋转一边对粉料进行干燥。
