本实用新型公开一种新型全玻璃真空管太阳能集热系统,包括支架,在支架上平行排列若干根全玻璃真空管,在支架内还设置有连接器,连接器与全玻璃真空管相互垂直,且全玻璃真空管与连接器联通,连接器的底端与进水管联通,连接器的顶端与出水管联通,在出水管上还设置有卸压阀。本实用新型的进水管、各个全玻璃真空管、连接器、连接管和出水管构成一个横向和竖向交错且相互联通的管网,水流畅通,太阳能和热水利用率高。经试验,本实用新型克服以上缺点,比图1所示的太阳能集热系统集热效率提高了50%。 本实用新型结构简单,加大了集热面积,提高了热效率,适用于各种建筑的楼顶。

技术领域
本实用新型属于太阳能光热领域,具体地说涉及一种太阳能集热系统。 
背景技术
现有技术的太阳能热水器,是在楼顶设太阳能热水器,该热水器包括进水管、集热管和出水管,热水蓄量小。还可以将这些单台的热水器多个串联后再并联组成;如图1所示,通过进水管和出水管及水位控制器等组成;该技术容易产生聚气的现象增加热水器内的压力,热水器内压力大上水困难。太阳能和热水利用率低,体积大占用楼顶面积大,一般只能适用于平楼顶上。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足提供一种新型全玻璃真空管太阳能集热系统。 
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现: 
一种新型全玻璃真空管太阳能集热系统,包括支架,在支架上平行排列若干根全玻璃真空管,在支架内还设置有连接器,连接器与全玻璃真空管相互垂直,且全玻璃真空管与连接器联通,连接器的底端与进水管联通,连接器的顶端与出水管联通,在出水管上还设置有卸压阀。
上述新型全玻璃真空管太阳能集热系统,所述支架由底架、设置在底架上的斜框及支撑在斜框与底架之间的支撑腿构成,全玻璃真空管和连接器均设置在斜框内。 
上述新型全玻璃真空管太阳能集热系统,所述全玻璃真空管分为若干组,每组为25根全玻璃真空管或者50根全玻璃真空管,在每组全玻璃真空管内均设置有连接器,竖向排列的两组全玻璃真空管内的连接器通过连接管联通。 
采用以上技术方案,本实用新型有以下优点:全玻璃真空管平行并排设置在支架内,而且全玻璃真空管与连接器之间相互联通,连接器之间又通过连接管联通,这样进水管、各个全玻璃真空管、连接器、连接管和出水管构成一个横向和竖向交错且相互联通的管网,水流畅通,太阳能和热水利用率高。另一方面,在出水管上设置有卸压阀,解决了太阳能集热系统内的聚气现象,减少系统内部的压力,提高了集热器内的热水流动速度,也有利于水流畅通。经试验,本实用新型克服以上缺点,比图1所示的太阳能集热系统集热效率提高了50%。  本实用新型结构简单,加大了集热面积,提高了热效率,适用于各种建筑的楼顶。

具体实施方式
 如图2所示的一种新型全玻璃真空管太阳能集热系统,包括支架,在支架上平行排列若干根全玻璃真空管3,在支架内还设置有连接器2,连接器2与全玻璃真空管3相互垂直,且全玻璃真空管3与连接器2联通,连接器2的底端与进水管1联通,连接器2的顶端与出水管8联通,在出水管8上还设置有卸压阀5和出水连接管6。 
本实用新型的支架由底架11、设置在底架上的斜框7及支撑在斜框与底架之间的支撑腿9构成,全玻璃真空管3和连接器2均设置在斜框7内。 
本实用新型的全玻璃真空管分为若干组,每组为25根全玻璃真空管或者50根全玻璃真空管,在每组全玻璃真空管内均设置有连接器,竖向排列的两组全玻璃真空管内的连接器2通过连接管4联通。 
    全真空玻璃管集热管25或50根一组,也可以根据楼顶和整个太阳能中央热水系统的实际情况设计成N根一组,可以横排或竖排放置,全玻璃真空管的开口端与连接器相连,闭口端固定在斜框上,多组太阳能真空管和连接器通过支架和热水管路系统相连组成一个完整的太阳能中央热水系统的集热系统。

1.一种新型全玻璃真空管太阳能集热系统,包括支架,其特征在于:在支架上平行排列若干根全玻璃真空管,在支架内还设置有连接器,连接器与全玻璃真空管相互垂直,且全玻璃真空管与连接器联通,连接器的底端与进水管联通,连接器的顶端与出水管联通,在出水管上还设置有卸压阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型全玻璃真空管太阳能集热系统,其特征在于:所述支架由底架、设置在底架上的斜框及支撑在斜框与底架之间的支撑腿构成,全玻璃真空管和连接器均设置在斜框内。
