技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯,其具有增强的散热性能。 
背景技术
LED是一种光电器件,其工作过程中部分电能(例如,15%~25%)转换成光能,其余的电能几乎都转换成热能,这导致LED的温度升高。近年来,大功率LED发展较快,在发光/照明性能提升的同时,散热也逐渐变成一个大问题。对于具有较大功率的LED灯,若不加散热措施,则LED器件温度会急速上升,导致LED会因过热而损坏。因此,在LED灯具设计中,散热设计是非常重要的。 
发明内容
根据本发明的一种LED(发光二极管)灯,包括LED芯片、冷却器和电源。冷却器为一密闭的金属腔体,空腔内装有具有汽化潜热的液体工质;金属腔体的一端由微槽群金属板焊接密封;微槽群金属板的内侧面上设有多个开口式微细槽道,形成开口式微槽群;微槽群金属板外表面用锡焊接至LED基板,LED芯片发光面向外;金属腔体上的LED芯片通过腔体中部穿线通孔与电源连接;金属腔体的外侧面上设有散热片。 
可选的,在金属腔体的另一端设置有用于抽真空的排气管,该排气管在抽真空后密封。 
根据本发明的一种LED灯具,包括电源,和一个或多个前述LED灯。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本发明的LED灯示例性实施例。LED灯的基本结构包括驱动器101、冷却器102、LED基板(LED芯片)103,连接驱动器101和LED基板103的电源线104、设置于金属腔一端的微槽群金属板105。作为示例,所示出的LED灯为腔式回型LED灯。本领域技术人员应知晓的是,其他构形的LED灯也是可行的。冷却器102包括一个密闭的金属腔体,其中部位置留有穿线通孔(如图2所示),空腔内装有能够相变(因此具有汽化潜热)的液体工质。金属腔体的一端由微槽群金属板105焊接密封,金属板的内侧面上设有开口式微槽群,外表面上低温焊接的LED芯片基板,LED芯片发光面向外。金属腔体中部有穿线通孔,金属腔体另一端固接电源,LED芯片与电源通过电线连接;金属腔体的外壁外侧面上设有散热片(肋片)。本发明采用微槽群腔体和LED基板低温锡焊(106),加快LED的散热速度。在一个可选实施例中,金属腔体的另一端设有排气管107,抽微真空后密封。 
根据本发明的LED灯具有增强的散热性能,因为微槽群金属板可以迅速地将热量从LED基板传导给液体工质,从而增加LED的散热速度,允许大功率LED灯的正常工作。 

Claims (3)

1.一种具有增强散热性能的LED灯,包括LED芯片、冷却器和电源,其特征在于,
冷却器为一密闭的金属腔体,空腔内装有具有汽化潜热的液体工质;
金属腔体的一端由微槽群金属板焊接密封;
微槽群金属板的内侧面上设有多个开口式微细槽道,形成开口式微槽群;
微槽群金属板外表面用锡低温焊接至LED基板,LED芯片发光面向外;
金属腔体上的LED芯片通过腔体中部穿线通孔与电源连接;
金属腔体的外侧面上设有散热片。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:
在所述金属腔体的另一端设置有用于抽真空的排气管,该排气管在抽真空后密封。
3.一种具有增强散热性能的LED灯具,包括:
电源;
一个或多个如权利要求1-2中任一项所述的LED灯。
