背景技术：
对于任何一个建筑、一个房间，门是必不可少的，因此市场上也出现了多种多样的门，如防盗门、防火门、铁门、木门、玻璃门，室外门、室内门等等，都起到了封闭分隔空间的作用。当前，居室采暖越来越被人们所认识了，尤其是南方地区，冬季不是很冷，室内空间一般不考虑采暖散热器的位置，因此，在房间内其他物品上增加采暖功能就非常必要了，在门上加装采暖设备，形成多功能门是非常可行的，如果室内门双面都能采暖，可以同时给两个房间代暖。

我们研发的“带双面采暖功能的室内门”解决了目前产品存在的上述问题。 
这种带双面采暖功能的室内门采用铝镁合金为门板，同时兼做散热载体，铝镁合金传热速度快，其功率在300-4000W之间，内部没有油、水等液体，可以在多种场所使用，强度大，可以起到分隔空间作用，又可以为室内空间加热采暖，门两侧上还可以分别配装温控器，控制不同室内温度和电热装置的通断。

本实用新型是这样实施的，带双面采暖功能的室内门，其特征在于该带双面采暖功能的室内门采用铝镁合金为散热门板1，上边可加装饰材料，边框2可以采用多种材料，两面散热门板1上分别有温控器3，散热门板1内有两面发热体4与两面散热门板1内壁紧密相联，两面发热体4后分别有铁板做为隔板5，隔板5上有压条6将两面隔板5和发热体4压紧，两面隔板5上还分别有过温保护器7，两面隔板5中间还有保温棉8，两条电源线9由门框侧面引出，两套发热体4、过温保护器7、温控器3、电源线9分别连接在一起构成发热电路，用螺丝钉或拉铆钉将两面散热门板1与边框2固紧。 
具体实施过程，需经过以下步骤进行： 
1、准备各种配件； 
2、根据型号不同加工散热门板1、边框2、隔板5、压条6、保温棉 8； 
3、根据型号不同制作发热体4； 
4、取边框2； 
5、将加工好的一面散热门板1放入其中，并依次放入一面发热体4、隔板5、压条6； 
6、将一个温控器3安装在一面散热门板1上； 
7、将一个过温保护器7、电源线9固定在一面隔板5上， 
8、将装好的发热体4、温控器3、过温保护器7、电源线9用导线连接在一起； 
9、将电源线9由门框侧面引出； 
10、在隔板5上加保温棉8； 
11、然后重复5--9项； 
12、用螺丝钉或拉铆钉将两面散热门板1与边框2固紧； 
13、测试，贴标签即可。

1.带双面采暖功能的室内门，其特征在于该带双面采暖功能的室内门采用铝镁合金为散热门板(1)，上边可加装饰材料，边框(2)可以采用多种材料，两面散热门板(1)上分别有温控器(3)，散热门板(1)内有两面发热体(4)与两面散热门板(1)内壁紧密相联，两面发热体(4)后分别有铁板做为隔板(5)，隔板(5)上有压条(6)将两面隔板(5)和发热体(4)压紧，两面隔板(5)上还分别有过温保护器(7)，两面隔板(5)中间还有保温棉(8)，两条电源线(9)由门框侧面引出，两套发热体(4)、过温保护器(7)、温控器(3)、电源线(9)分别连接在一起构成发热电路，用螺丝钉或拉铆钉将两面散热门板(1)与边框(2)固紧。
