为了达到本实用新型的目的，本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：由夹片体、挂钩体、夹子体、弹轴、夹片柄组成，其特征在于夹子体前端设有挂钩体，夹子体后部设有弹轴，弹轴上连有夹片体，夹片体后部留有夹片柄，使用时手握夹片柄，以弹轴为中轴打开夹片体，将衣服夹在衣架上即可，需要挂小件衣物时，将小件衣物挂在挂钩体上即可。
