本实用新型涉及搬运工具车技术领域，更具体地说涉及一种搬运零部件用的工具车。
背景技术：
如图1所示，现有的用于搬运零部件的工具车是由车架a、托盘b和滚轮c构成，滚轮c安装在车架a的底部，托盘b是固定在车架a上的，由于托盘b固定在车架a上，所以在拿取和安放零部件的时候手部能活动的空间比较小，使得零部件地拿取和安放很不方便，而且在拿取和安放零部件的时候很容易使得手部磕伤或碰伤。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术之不足，而提供的一种搬运零部件用的工具车，它使得零部件地拿取和安放非常方便，同时避免了在拿取和安放零部件的时候手部磕伤或碰伤。
本实用新型的技术解决措施如下：
一种搬运零部件用的工具车，包括车架和托盘，车架上安装有滚轮，车架上固定有托块，托盘的后部铰接在车架，托盘的前部压靠在托块上，气弹簧的一端铰接在车架上、另一端铰接在托盘上。
所述车架上铰接有三个托盘，车架上还固定有一个托盘，所述固定的托盘位于三个铰接的托盘的下方。
所述托盘由托板和框边构成，框边焊接固定在托板上。
所述托盘通过铰链铰接在车架上。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：
它的托盘是铰接在车架上的，在拿取和安放零部件的时候可以将位于上方的托盘翻转，手部的活动空间增大了，使得零部件地拿取和安放非常方便，同时避免了在拿取和安放零部件的时候手部磕伤或碰伤。

实施例：见2至5所示，一种搬运零部件用的工具车，包括车架1和托盘2，车架1上安装有滚轮3，车架1上固定有托块11，托盘2的后部铰接在车架1，托盘2的前部压靠在托块11上，气弹簧5的一端铰接在车架1上、另一端铰接在托盘2上。
所述车架1上铰接有三个托盘2，车架1上还固定有一个托盘2，所述固定的托盘2位于三个铰接的托盘2的下方。
所述托盘2由托板21和框边22构成，框边22焊接固定在托板21上。
所述托盘2通过铰链4铰接在车架1上。
工作原理：本实用新型的车架1上固定有托块11，托盘2的后部铰接在车架1，托盘2的前部压靠在托块11上，气弹簧5的一端铰接在车架1上、另一端铰接在托盘2上，在拿取和安放零部件的时候可以将托盘2翻转，并且托盘2通过气弹簧5支撑，这样就可以增加手部活动的空间，使得零部件的拿取和安放比较方便，同时还可以避免手部的磕伤或碰伤。

1.一种搬运零部件用的工具车，包括车架（1）和托盘（2），车架（1）上安装有滚轮（3），其特征在于：车架（1）上固定有托块（11），托盘（2）的后部铰接在车架（1），托盘（2）的前部压靠在托块（11）上，气弹簧（5）的一端铰接在车架（1）上、另一端铰接在托盘（2）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种搬运零部件用的工具车，其特征在于：车架（1）上铰接有三个托盘（2），车架（1）上还固定有一个托盘（2），所述固定的托盘（2）位于三个铰接的托盘（2）的下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种搬运零部件用的工具车，其特征在于：托盘（2）由托板（21）和框边（22）构成，框边（22）焊接固定在托板（21）上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种搬运零部件用的工具车，其特征在于：托盘（2）通过铰链（4）铰接在车架（1）上。
