由于纤维增强复合材料具有重量轻、强度高、弹性模量大、耐腐蚀性好、可设计自由度大、易加工成型等特点, 在体育器材方面获得广泛应用, 对于提高选手成绩, 显示出独特的魅力。在板状结构运动器材中，人们对冲浪板、滑雪板等器材的要求越来越高。这些板状运动器材一般都是夹芯结构，在外面层层铺以增强材料，如玻璃纤维布，用树脂浸渍固化后而成。由于所铺的玻璃纤维布增强材料是平面结构，层与层之间只靠树脂固化后的粘结力连接，使得运动器材制品抗剥离性差，进而影响器材的寿命，并对运动员的安全造成一定的影响。

本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种外形光滑平整，且力学性能佳的运动器材用针刺复合毡。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所设计的运动器材用针刺复合毡，它主要由玻璃纤维粗纱细布构成，在玻璃纤维粗纱细布上通过针刺复合方式设有一层短切玻璃纤维。
作为优化，所述的短切玻璃纤维的长度为50mm。
