背景技术
低温PEG（聚乙二醇）清洗切片机台时，PEG的活性不强，机台里残留的砂浆，杂质不易被清洗干净。尤其是环境温度较低的时候，为了保证机台的清洗质量，需要对PEG加热，需要一种对PEG加热的专用设备。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种专用的PEG加热设备。
本实用新型为实现上述目的，采用如下技术方案：
一种清洗用PEG加热搅拌罐，其特征在于：其包括罐体、搅拌桨、加热装置和搅拌电机；所述搅拌电机设置在所述罐体上部，所述搅拌桨设置在罐体内，所述搅拌桨由搅拌电机带动转动，所述加热装置设置在罐体侧壁上。
其进一步特征在于：所述罐体设置有保温层。所述加热装置有温控装置控制加热温度。
本实用新型便于加热PEG，搅拌功能保证PEG加热均匀，加热后的PEG清洗机台更彻底。

如图1所示一种清洗用PEG加热搅拌罐，其包括罐体1、搅拌桨2、加热装置3和搅拌电机4；所述搅拌电机4设置在所述罐体1上部，所述搅拌桨2设置在罐体1内，所述搅拌桨2由搅拌电机4带动转动，所述加热装置3设置在罐体1侧壁上。
所述罐体1设置有保温层。所述加热装置3由温控装置5控制加热温度。
使用时将罐体内的PEG加热到约25度，与切割机用的切割砂浆温度相同，保证了PEG清洗机台的效果。
