背景技术
双腔支气管导管是目前进行两肺隔离和单肺通气的有效工具，但是其制作复杂，气管插管时操作繁琐，因外径较粗，经常发生置管困难和气道的损伤，且每个气管导管较细，通气时气道的阻力高，不利于通气。
发明内容
为了克服现用的双腔支气管导管不利于气管内插管和通气，且易造成气道损伤的缺点，本实用新型提供了一种单腔支气管导管，能方便有效的应用于两肺隔离和单肺通气。
本实用新型可通过如下技术方案来实现：气管导管上带有刻度，其后端连有连接管，中部带有导管套囊，导管套囊通过套囊导管与压力显示球及充气阀相连接，气管导管的前端带有支气管导管，支气管导管上带有支气管套囊，支气管套囊通过套囊导管与压力显示球及充气阀相连接，支气管导管的管腔内带有气囊，气囊通过气囊导管与压力显示球及充气阀相连接，在气囊和导管套囊之间带有一侧孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是：制作简单，外径较细，操作简单容易，不易发生气道的损伤，内径较粗，有利于通气。

本实用新型在使用过程中，其气管内插管操作和单腔气管导管的操作基本相同，当支气管导管插入支气管后，将气管套囊充气便可进行两肺通气，当将支气管套囊和支气管内的气囊充气后便可进行单肺通气。
