在胸腔镜手术中，血管破裂后的及时止血是一直未解决的技术难题。现有的操作方法是用纱布堵住破口处，然后中转开胸，用血管阻断钳夹闭血管破裂口近心端血管后，缝合破口处，该操作方法复杂，并且不能及时止血。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有胸腔镜技术不能及时止血的缺陷，本实用新型提供了一种新的腔镜血管破口钳。
本实用新型腔镜血管破口钳，包括钳喙、延伸杆、手柄，钳喙为爪状。
优选地，钳喙的夹持部位设置有相互配合的Debakey齿。
优选地，所述手柄上设置挂齿。
本实用新型腔镜血管破口钳，可以夹住血管破口，及时止血，不需中转开胸，解决了现有技术难以及时止血的缺陷，提高了手术安全性。结构简单，使用方便，具有良好的工业应用前景。
