本实用新型涉及一种窑炉用组件砖,特别是涉及一种用于观察窑炉炉内的观察窗组件砖结构。
背景技术
窑炉是冶金、化工、建材和轻工等多领域的重要热工设备,用于产品烧制。为了方便观察窑炉内产品烧制情况,在窑炉炉体通常设有观察孔。观察孔一般由标准砖堆砌而成,堆砌的观察孔其内侧开口于外侧开口大小基本一致,因此可视角度较小不利于观察,同时堆砌的观察孔,缝隙较多,容易造成热量的损失。观察孔砖则可形成内侧开口大于外侧开口的观察孔,解决了可视角度的问题,但是窑炉内热量仍然能够通过观察孔流失。通常可使用塞子堵住观察孔以减少热量损失,而内大外小的孔型使得塞子容易塞入而难以取出,或者塞入后直接掉落入窑炉内,当观察孔砖在受到热胀冷缩发生一定变形后,塞子也可能无法塞入。

为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是这样的,一种窑炉用观察窗组件砖,包括砖体,砖体内设有扩口型观察孔,其特征在于:所述砖体在观察孔较小开口一侧设有半沉孔,所述半沉孔开口大于观察孔开口。
为了使塞子的塞取更加方便,所述半沉孔开口为矩形。
本实用新型所提供的技术方案的优点在于,在砖体设置孔径大于观察孔开口的半沉孔,方便了塞取塞子,有效防止了塞子掉落于窑炉内或者因变形而导致塞子无法塞入的问题,减少了窑炉内热量的损失。

请参见图1至图3,本实用新型为窑炉用观察窗组件砖,在砖体1内设有一侧开口大另一侧开口小的扩口型观察孔2,砖体1在观察孔2较小开口一侧设有半沉孔3,所述半沉孔3开口大于观察孔2开口,半沉孔3的开口为矩形。此结构的观察窗组件砖利用较大开口的半沉孔保留了较宽的可视角度,同时半沉孔与观察孔间形成的肩部可阻止塞子因过度用力而塞入窑炉内部,方便了塞子的塞取。

1.一种窑炉用观察窗组件砖,包括砖体(1),砖体(1)内设有扩口型观察孔(2),其特征在于:所述砖体(2)在观察孔(2)较小开口一侧设有半沉孔(3),所述半沉孔(3)开口大于观察孔(2)开口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的窑炉用观察窗组件砖,其特征在于:所述半沉孔(3)开口为矩形。
