背景技术
混凝土结构外面设置砖砌体，砖砌体与混凝土结构形成的空气层使主体结构成为一个巨大的蓄热体，使室内温度变化减少。另外，空气层可以使声音振动波处于衰减状态，起到了隔声的效果。
