本实用新型涉及一种生态格网结构,特别是一种低碳铝覆钢丝固滨笼。
背景技术
传统的单铰格网(也称菱形网、勾花网)、双铰格网可以用于质量要求不高的工程;如果有一根或者数根断裂,容易引起网片结构的松散,影响整体强度;网片的抗拉强度一般。固滨笼最大优点是五铰工艺具备防散效果,增强了结构的整体性,可防止任何偶然破坏造成钢丝网散落。由于固滨笼通常用于水利工程,要求具有较好的耐腐蚀性。普通钢丝编织的网片在耐腐蚀性方面有所欠缺。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷提供一种具有五铰的耐腐蚀的低碳铝覆钢丝固滨笼。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种低碳铝覆钢丝固滨笼,由生态格网网片搭建而成,所述生态格网网片采用钢丝网丝编织而成,所述钢丝网丝编织成五铰合状,四周边缘缠绕在边丝上;网孔呈六边形;所述网片间采用扣环连接,其特征在于:所述钢丝表面涂覆有铝镀层。
所述网丝采用直径2.7mm的钢丝,边丝采用直径3.4mm的钢丝。
其进一步特征在于:所述网孔纵向相邻两铰间距离为120mm,横向相邻两铰间距为100mm。另一种规格为所述网孔纵向相邻两铰间距离为150mm,横向相邻两铰间距为130mm。
进一步的:所述固滨笼箱体高度为450mm-1000mm。
本实用新型与传统挡土墙相比该生态格网结构是一种柔性支挡结构,适用范围广、耐腐蚀性强、透水性好、力学性能好、环境亲和性好等优点。

具体实施方式
首先由抗腐耐磨高强的低碳铝覆钢丝(或同质包覆PVC钢丝),由机械编织成如图1的五铰状、六边形网目的网片,网丝5为编织六角形网所用的钢丝,边丝6为缠绕在所有网片的边缘,目的是增加结构强度(图2)。
制成各种规格的网片后,就开始组装固滨笼。将图3中面板3竖起来,相邻的网的边丝用扣环7连接,隔板4与面板3和底板1也用扣环连接,扣环连接方法见图4,每隔15~25cm设一道扣环。
固滨笼组装完成后(图5)就可进行施工。最后盖板2与箱体连接也采用扣环的形式。
网丝采用直径2.7mm的钢丝,边丝采用直径3.4mm的钢丝。
网孔纵向相邻两铰间距离H为120mm,横向相邻两铰间距D为100mm。另一种规格为所述网孔纵向相邻两铰间距离H为150mm,横向相邻两铰间距D为130mm。
固滨笼箱体高度为450mm-1000mm。

1.一种低碳铝覆钢丝固滨笼,由生态格网网片搭建而成,所述生态格网网片采用钢丝网丝编织而成,所述钢丝网丝编织成五铰合状,四周边缘缠绕在边丝上;网孔呈六边形;所述网片间采用扣环连接,其特征在于:所述钢丝表面涂覆有铝镀层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低碳铝覆钢丝固滨笼,其特征在于:所述网丝采用直径2.7mm的钢丝,边丝采用直径3.4mm的钢丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低碳铝覆钢丝固滨笼,其特征在于:所述网孔纵向相邻两铰间距离为120mm,横向相邻两铰间距为100mm。
