本实用新型涉及一种电解槽,特别是电解槽的下料点。
背景技术
500kA级电解槽是未来发展的大容量电解槽,因其过长的阳极尺寸,致使极距间氧化铝和氟化铝浓度存在差异,导致电解质导电率过大差异而使电流分布不稳定,限制了临界极距的进一步下降。因此解决氧化铝和氟化铝浓度差成为关键。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是: 提供一种500kA级电解槽,可减少阳极底掌下的氧化铝浓度差,可降低500kA级电解槽的临界极距,达到节能的目的。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种500kA级电解槽,500kA级电解槽的阳极与电解槽长度方向平行或者垂直,阳极沿长度方向有间隔,间隔的内为下料点。阳极共48个,间隔有6个,宽度为100~250mm,间隔内有2~3个下料点。下料点可添加氧化铝、氟化铝、电解质等。
本实用新型减少了阳极底掌下的氧化铝浓度差,降低500kA级电解槽的临界极距,达到了节能的目的。

如图1一种500kA级电解槽,500kA级电解槽的阳极1与电解槽长度方向平行,阳极1沿长度方向有间隔2,间隔2的内为下料点3。阳极1共48个,间隔2有6个,宽度为150mm,间隔内有2个下料点。下料点3添加氧化铝、氟化铝和电解质等。

如图1一种500kA级电解槽,500kA级电解槽的阳极1与电解槽长度方向垂直,阳极1沿长度方向有间隔2,间隔2的内为下料点3。阳极1共48个,间隔2有6个,宽度为200mm,间隔内有2个下料点。下料点3添加氧化铝、氟化铝和电解质等。

1.一种500kA级电解槽,包括下料点(3),其特征在于:500kA级电解槽的阳极(1)与电解槽长度方向平行或者垂直,阳极(1)沿长度方向有间隔(2),间隔(2)的内为下料点(3)。
