背景技术
现有的哑铃通常由握柄与哑铃头组成，哑铃头直接插入握柄两端或是哑铃头与握柄一体制成，握柄与哑铃头固定连接使得整个哑铃的重量恒定，也使使用者在使用方法上变得比较单一，无法取得其他锻炼的效果。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术结构的不足,本实用新型提供一种弹簧哑铃。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：包含有握柄、哑铃头，握柄与哑铃头之间由弹簧连接，摇动时以弹簧为动力。
握柄两端还设有螺纹接头，螺纹头顺弹簧螺纹由外致内拧进达到固定作用，螺纹接头上套装有垫圈，遮住外观丑点。
哑铃头呈球状，底部制有螺纹接头，螺纹头顺弹簧螺纹由外致内拧进达到固定作用。
哑铃头呈扁圆形片状。
哑铃头呈立方体状。
本实用新型的益处为，设计简单，使用方便，弹簧的设计让使用者在使用时有更多的选择，丰富了锻炼的方法，更好的达到锻炼的目的。

具体实施方式
实施例1：如图1所示，包括握柄1、哑铃头2、弹簧3，握柄1两端设有螺纹接头4，螺纹接头4上套装有垫圈5，哑铃头呈球状，底部设有螺纹接头6，握柄1与哑铃头2之间由弹簧3连接，弹簧3一端拧紧握柄的螺纹接头4，另一单拧紧哑铃头的螺纹接头6，根据弹簧3螺纹形状，达到只能拧进无法拧出的效果，使用时，单手握住握柄1，左右摇晃，以弹簧3为驱动力带动哑铃头2。
