本实用新型公开一种可开关的非接触智能卡,其特征在于,包括线圈、储电电容、供电电容、单通路电子泵以及集成电路芯片,其中,储电电容能够通过线圈产生的电磁共振被充电,储电电容通过连接在储电电容和供电电容之间的单通路电子泵对供电电容充电,供电电容用于为集成电路芯片提供工作电压,其中,还包括与储电电容连接的附加电阻,该附加电阻用于在特定的条件下阻止储电电容被充电。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及非接触智能卡,并且尤其涉及可开关的非接触智能卡。
背景技术
现有的非接触智能卡允许读卡器在通常为2cm至10cm进行读卡操作,而且某些特制的读卡器能够在更大的范围进行读卡操作。存在一些情况,非接触智能卡非接触智能卡尚未被持卡人出示或者未经持卡人允许而由读卡器进行读卡操作。因此,需要一种能够防止非接触智能卡上的数据被意外读取或者被恶意窃取的非接触智能卡。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可开关的非接触智能卡,其特征在于,包括线圈、储电电容、供电电容、单通路电子泵以及集成电路芯片,其中,储电电容能够通过线圈产生的电磁共振被充电,储电电容通过连接在储电电容和供电电容之间的单通路电子泵对供电电容充电,供电电容用于为集成电路芯片提供工作电压,其中,还包括与储电电容连接的附加电阻,该附加电阻用于在特定的条件下阻止储电电容被充电。
优选地,该附加电阻是与储电电容并联的热敏电阻。
优选地,该附加电阻是与储电电容串联的光敏电阻。
本实用新型通过附加电阻,例如热敏电阻或光敏电阻,对非接触智能卡的数据访问提供了安全保护,实现了一种可开关的非接触式智能卡。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图阐述本实用新型的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,根据本实用新型实施例的非接触智能卡包括线圈、储电电容、供电电容、单通路电子泵以及集成电路芯片。其中,储电电容与线圈耦合,该储电电容能够通过线圈产生的电磁共振被充电。这里,智能卡内的线圈产生的电磁共振由读卡器发送的一组固定频率的电磁波引起。储电电容通过连接在储电电容和供电电容之间的单通路电子泵将储电电容的电荷传送到供电电容以对供电电容充电。供电电容用于为集成电路芯片提供工作电压。如图1所示,非接触智能卡还包括与储电电容连接的附加电阻,该附加电阻用于在特定的条件下阻止储电电容被充电,从而防止储电电容对供电电容充电,由此避免非接触智能卡在上述特定条件下被读卡器从中读取数据。
图2是根据本实用新型的一个实施例的非接触智能卡的电路布置示意图。在该实施例中,附加电阻是与储电电容并联的热敏电阻。处于常温状态下,热敏电阻阻值较小,储电电容会因为热敏电阻通路而无法完成充电。仅仅当持卡人将智能卡握在手里时,热敏电阻受热电阻变大,储电电容才能完成充电,从而允许完成数据读取功能。该实施例根据热敏电阻在低温、高温的时的不同阻值来控制储电电容的充放电,从而实现对非接储智能卡的控制。
图3是根据本实用新型的另一个实施例的非接触智能卡的电路布置示意图。在该实施例中,该附加电阻是与储电电容串联的光敏电阻。在智能卡不见光的情况下,光敏电阻阻值较大,从而阻止储电电容被充电,而在智能卡被暴露在光源下时,光敏电阻阻值变小,从而允许储电电容被充电。根据该实施例的智能卡使得能够在有光照的情况下才能被读取数据。卡片被放在背包或者口袋等无光照环境的时候,卡片内的数据无法被读取。
上文中,参照附图描述了本实用新型的具体实施方式。但是,本领域中的普通技术人员能够理解,在不偏离本实用新型的精神和范围的情况下,还可以对本实用新型的具体实施方式作各种变更和替换。这些变更和替换都落在本实用新型权利要求书所限定的范围内。

1. 一种可开关的非接触智能卡,其特征在于,包括线圈、储电电容、供电电容、单通路电子泵以及集成电路芯片,其中,
储电电容能够通过线圈产生的电磁共振被充电,
储电电容通过连接在储电电容和供电电容之间的单通路电子泵对供电电容充电,
供电电容用于为集成电路芯片提供工作电压,
其中,还包括与储电电容连接的附加电阻,该附加电阻用于在特定的条件下阻止储电电容被充电。
2. 如权利要求1所述的可开关的非接触智能卡,其特征在于,该附加电阻是与储电电容并联的热敏电阻。
3. 如权利要求1所述的可开关的非接触智能卡,其特征在于,该附加电阻是与储电电容串联的光敏电阻。
