背景技术
在500kV-1000kV的高压输电线路上,由于外部原因,绝缘子串会发生闪络或被雷击穿等,当绝缘子串发生故障时,由于现有技术的不足,造成故障排查难及故障定位不准,目前的电力高压输电系统虽然设有故障定位装置,但定位只能确定某个区段,误差往往在1-3KM,无法取代人工巡检排查故障的传统方法。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高压输电线路绝缘故障暂态电流传感探头。 
本实用新型要解决的是现有高压输电线路上,当绝缘子串发生故障时,故障排查难及故障定位不准的问题。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:

它包括传感探头本体,其特征在于所述的传感探头本体包括外壳和设于外壳内的暂态信号采集单元、暂态信号处理单元和通信单元,暂态信号采集单元与暂态信号处理单元连接,暂态信号处理单元与通信单元连接。 
本实用新型的优点:在输电线路绝缘子发生闪络击穿等故障时,瞬间流经铁塔的暂态电流将产生脉冲磁场,本实用新型将由瞬间暂态电流产生的的脉冲磁场并转换为电压信号,根据得到的电压信号对故障绝缘子准确定位,并在故障发生后,第一时间向数据监控中心报警,从而取代人工排查事故及故障点的麻烦,为线路事故抢修及恢复送电赢得宝贵时间,节省大量人力物力,带来显著电网效益和社会效益。

具体实施方式
      下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。 
 如图所示,本实用新型包括传感探头本体1,其特征在于所述的传感探头本体1包括外壳2和设于外壳2内的暂态信号采集单元、暂态信号处理单元和通信单元,暂态信号采集单元与暂态信号处理单元连接,暂态信号处理单元与通信单元连接。 
所述的暂态信号采集单元为传感器3,该传感器3包括高频铁氧体磁芯4和绕于高频铁氧体磁芯4上的线圈5,该线圈5在高频铁氧体磁芯4呈三段分布型结构。 
所述的外壳2由两个不锈钢半圆环形腔体组成的分合式圆柱管形腔体。所述的通信单元为433MHz的射频模块,暂态信号处理单元为CPU。 
本实用新型的传感器探头安装在500kV-1000kV的高压输电线路铁塔的四根主材上部或绝缘子串与铁塔横担联接处,用于监测高压输电线路绝缘闪络故障信息,当绝缘子串因故发生闪络击穿故障时,瞬间流经铁塔的暂态电流将产生脉冲磁场,这个磁场瞬间即逝(小于20毫秒),本实用新型的传感器探头能在20毫秒内及时、准确的感应出故障信号脉冲电压值,并将此微弱的故障信号电压整形,限幅后输送给信号处理装置处理。即本实用型可有效捕捉高压、超高压、特高压输电线路绝缘闪络故障发生时的暂态信号。 

Claims (4)

1.一种高压输电线路绝缘故障暂态电流传感探头,包括传感探头本体,其特征在于所述的传感探头本体包括外壳和设于外壳内的暂态信号采集单元、暂态信号处理单元和通信单元,暂态信号采集单元与暂态信号处理单元连接,暂态信号处理单元与通信单元连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压输电线路绝缘故障暂态电流传感探头,其特征在于所述的暂态信号采集单元为传感器,该传感器包括高频铁氧体磁芯和绕于高频铁氧体磁芯上的线圈,该线圈在高频铁氧体磁芯呈三段分布型结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高压输电线路绝缘故障暂态电流传感探头,其特征在于所述的外壳由两个不锈钢半圆环形腔体组成的分合式圆柱管形腔体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高压输电线路绝缘故障暂态电流传感探头,其特征在于所述的通信单元为433MHz的射频模块。
