本实用新型涉及冻干机领域,具体是一种冻干机的热交换板。
背景技术
冻干机的热交换板位于冻干箱内,其功能是放置装有生物药品的瓶体,然后通过对瓶体内的药品进行干燥冷冻。冻干需要的冷量和干燥需要的热量超过50%均是通过热传导的形式获得的,即通过热交换板进行热量的传导。现有的热交换板为普通的平板结构,且装有生物药品的瓶体底面为凹面,所以瓶体与板体顶端面的接触为线接触,所以其热传导的利用率很低,从而影响冻干产品的预冷和干燥效率。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种冻干机的热交换板,其具有很好的热传导效率,保证冻干产品的预冷和干燥效率。

一种冻干机的热交换板,包括有板体,所述的板体的顶端面上设置有凹槽,凹槽内设置有内圈为圆形的导热环。
所述的导热环选用导热橡胶环。
所述的凹槽为横截面为圆形的凹槽,所述的导热环为导热圆环。
本实用新型板体的顶端面设置有凹槽,凹槽内设置有导热环,需要冻干产品时,将装有生物药品的瓶体套装于导热环内,且瓶体侧壁与导热环内壁相互贴合接触,这样使热交换板与瓶体的导热接触由原来的底面线接触增加为底面线接触和侧壁面接触相结合进行导热的方式,极大的提高了热传导的效率,缩短了冻干周期,保证了冻干产品的预冷和干燥效率。

冻干前,将装有生物药品的瓶体4套装于导热橡胶圆环3内,且瓶体4侧壁与导热橡胶圆环3内壁相互贴合接触,导热橡胶圆环3的外壁与凹槽2的侧壁接触,保证了瓶体侧壁接触热传导的目的,提高了热传导的效率,缩短了冻干周期。
