Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种自攻牙螺丝,包括螺头、设于螺头上的螺杆及设于螺杆上的螺牙,其中所述自攻牙螺丝的螺牙包括第一接触面和第二接触面,所述第一接触面与第二接触面形成牙型角,所述牙型角角度为40度。从所述牙型角的顶点作垂直于螺杆的垂线,所述第一接触面与所述垂线形成的角为第一倾斜角,所述第二接触面与所述垂线形成的角为第二倾斜角,其中,第一倾斜角角度异于第二倾斜角角度。通过上述方式,本实用新型自攻牙螺丝能够替代机械牙螺丝,且组装扭力小,可以锁附在较薄的被锁物上。

技术领域
本实用新型属于紧固件领域,具体涉及一种适于轻型合金的自攻牙螺丝。
背景技术
螺丝是常用的紧固件,自攻牙螺丝因可直接攻丝来连接工件,适用范围较广。现有自攻牙螺丝规格一般为M2以上,不适用于小型电子产品上。且现有自攻牙螺丝的牙型角角度较大,一般为60度,在使用时组装扭力大,无法在轻型合金金属上进行自攻锁附。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术中的不足,本实用新型目的是提供一种自攻牙螺丝,该螺丝牙型角角度及牙距均较小,组装扭力小,且可替代机械牙螺丝。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种自攻牙螺丝,包括螺头、设于螺头上的螺杆及设于螺杆上的螺牙,其中,所述自攻牙螺丝的螺牙包括第一接触面和第二接触面,所述第一接触面与第二接触面形成牙型角,所述牙型角角度为40度。
优选的,从所述牙型角的顶点作垂直于螺杆的垂线,所述第一接触面与所述垂线形成的角为第一倾斜角,所述第二接触面与所述垂线形成的角为第二倾斜角,其中,第一倾斜角角度异于第二倾斜角角度。
优选的,所述第一倾斜角角度大于第二倾斜角角度。
进一步的,所述第一倾斜角角度为25°,所述第二倾斜角角度为15°。
进一步的,所述螺牙的牙间距为0.20mm—0.35mm,所述螺牙的牙长为0.8mm—5.0mm。
本实用新型自攻牙螺丝,通过将牙型角设计为40度来减少锁附时螺牙牙部接触面与被锁物的摩擦力度,降低锁附攻牙扭力,使螺丝能够顺利锁入被锁物;通过将牙间距距离缩小与机械牙一致,使螺纹牙峰配合面积产生更大的夹持力,能够锁附在较薄的轻型合金被锁物上或内螺纹较短时不会导致内螺纹滑牙现象。
本实用新型自攻牙螺丝,通过第一倾斜角角度为25°大于第二倾斜角角度为15°的设计,减少锁附时螺牙牙部接触面与被锁物的摩擦力度,降低攻牙扭力,使螺纹及外螺纹自攻锁入而致螺牙与被锁物100%密合,且在退出时螺牙牙部接触面与被锁物100%密合而提升摩擦力度,从而提高了松脱扭力,达到防止松脱的效果;通过将螺纹截面积增加30%而提升内螺纹锁附破坏扭力,从而提高螺丝的使用寿命,提升重复锁附次数50%以上。
通过上述技术方案,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:本实用新型自攻牙螺丝牙型角度及牙距均较小,组装扭力小,能够锁附在较薄轻型合金被锁物上,且使用寿命较长。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本实用新型技术方案做进一步的说明。
实施例一:请参考附图1与附图2,一种自攻牙螺丝,型号为M0.8,包括螺头1、螺杆2及螺牙3,螺头1置于螺杆2的一端,螺牙3设于螺杆2上,螺牙3包括第一接触面31和第二接触面32。第一接触面31与第二接触面32形成牙型角α,该牙型角α角度为40度。从所述牙型角α的顶点作垂直于螺杆2的垂线,第一接触面31与垂线形成第一倾斜角β,第二接触面32与垂线形成第二倾斜角γ。其中,第一倾斜角β为25°,第二倾斜角γ为15°。该实施例中螺牙牙间距P为0.20mm,螺牙牙长为0.8mm。
实施例二:请参考附图1与附图2,一种自攻牙螺丝,型号为M1.0,包括螺头1、螺杆2及螺牙3,螺头1置于螺杆2的一端,螺牙3设于螺杆2上,螺牙3包括第一接触面31和第二接触面32。第一接触面31与第二接触面32形成牙型角α,该牙型角α角度为40度。从所述牙型角α的顶点作垂直于螺杆2的垂线,第一接触面31与垂线形成第一倾斜角β,第二接触面32与垂线形成第二倾斜角γ。其中,第一倾斜角β为25°,第二倾斜角γ为15°。该实施例中螺牙牙间距P为0.25mm,螺牙牙长为1.2mm。
实施例三:请参考附图1与附图2,一种自攻牙螺丝,型号为M1.4,包括螺头1、螺杆2及螺牙3,螺头1置于螺杆2的一端,螺牙3设于螺杆2上,螺牙3包括第一接触面31和第二接触面32。第一接触面31与第二接触面32形成牙型角α,该牙型角α角度为40度。从所述牙型角α的顶点作垂直于螺杆2的垂线,第一接触面31与垂线形成第一倾斜角β,第二接触面32与垂线形成第二倾斜角γ。其中,第一倾斜角β为25°,第二倾斜角γ为15°。该实施例中螺牙牙间距P为0.30mm,螺牙牙长为1.4mm。
实施例四:请参考附图1与附图2,一种自攻牙螺丝,型号为M1.8,包括螺头1、螺杆2及螺牙3,螺头1置于螺杆2的一端,螺牙3设于螺杆2上,螺牙3包括第一接触面31和第二接触面32。第一接触面31与第二接触面32形成牙型角α,该牙型角α角度为40度。从所述牙型角α的顶点作垂直于螺杆2的垂线,第一接触面31与垂线形成第一倾斜角β,第二接触面32与垂线形成第二倾斜角γ。其中,第一倾斜角β为25°,第二倾斜角γ为15°。该实施例中螺牙牙间距P为0.35mm,螺牙牙长为2.0mm。
请参考附图3,在使用本实用新型自攻牙螺丝锁附物体时,因螺牙牙型角α为40度,则内螺纹截面积4与外螺纹截面积5的面积比为1.3:1,而现有技术中牙型角为60°的自攻牙螺丝锁附物体时,内螺纹面积与外螺纹面积的面积比为1:1,本实用新型中通过牙型角角度的改变使螺丝在使用时内螺纹截面积增加30%,从而提升内螺纹的锁附破坏扭力,提高螺丝的使用寿命。

1.一种自攻牙螺丝,包括螺头、设于螺头上的螺杆及设于螺杆上的螺牙,其特征在于,所述自攻牙螺丝的螺牙包括第一接触面和第二接触面,所述第一接触面与第二接触面形成牙型角,所述牙型角角度为40度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自攻牙螺丝,其特征在于,从所述牙型角的顶点作垂直于螺杆的垂线,所述第一接触面与所述垂线形成的角为第一倾斜角,所述第二接触面与所述垂线形成的角为第二倾斜角,其中,第一倾斜角角度异于第二倾斜角角度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的自攻牙螺丝,其特征在于,所述第一倾斜角角度大于第二倾斜角角度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的自攻牙螺丝,其特征在于,所述第一倾斜角角度为25°,所述第二倾斜角角度为15°。
5.根据权利要求3所述的自攻牙螺丝,其特征在于,所述螺牙的牙间距为0.20mm—0.35mm,所述螺牙的牙长为0.8mm—5.0mm。
