本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种整体强度高且生产及施工工艺简单的整体型防火门芯板。

一种整体型防火门芯板，包括由感应发泡剂制成的发泡板，所述发泡板的尺寸与防火门整体尺寸相适应，所述发泡板的前后两侧粘附有无纺布加强层。

由于采用了发泡板的前后两侧粘附有无纺布加强层的结构，在加工过程中通过无纺布加强层提高了发泡板的抗折抗弯的强度，使其在尺寸上可以做到与防火门整体尺寸相适应，使其防火门芯板整体强度提高，将整张的整体型防火门芯板填充于防火门内部，无需对接、拼接等工序，使得生产及施工工艺简单。
