背景技术
组装铅酸蓄电池时,为防止酸液漏出,一般都在其表面装有防护片,目前市场上主要是采用纸质的防护片,具有成本低的优势,但这种纸质材料防护片抗酸能力不够强,往往使用久了就会损坏,造成蓄电池漏酸现象,降低其使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐酸性强的、避免漏酸现象的铅酸蓄电池防护片。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供的一种铅酸蓄电池的防护片,包括片板,所述的片板材质为聚四氟乙烯,所述的片板上设有多个圆形小孔。
根据上述发明的一种优选实施方式,其特征在于:所述的圆形小孔直径为1-5cm。
根据上述发明的一种优选实施方式,其特征在于:所述的片板厚度为0.5-1.5mm。
本发明的有益效果在于:结构简单、使用方便、使防护片的耐酸能力更强,有效防止蓄电池的漏酸现象,同时在防护片上开有圆形小孔,可增加板栅与酸液的接触面积,提高蓄电池的比能量值。
