Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种有屏障装置的超高压线路复合绝缘子,在高压侧和接地侧的两个均压环附近设置均压环屏障,在靠近高压侧均压环和接地侧均压环处设置或在接地侧均压环和高压侧均压环中间设置中间屏障,中间屏障外侧设置有中间电极。本实用新型在高压侧和接地侧的两个均压环附近设置均压环屏障,均压环屏障将均压环封闭在一定的空间内,可以提高线路复合绝缘子的雷电冲击闪络电压。在两个均压环屏障附近或中间设置多个中间屏障,中间屏障的外侧设置有中间电极,可以改善复合绝缘子的电场极不均匀的问题;又可以截断及扭转电弧,可以进一步提高线路复合绝缘子的雷电冲击闪络电压。
Description
一种有屏障装置的超高压线路复合绝缘子技术领域[0001] 本实用新型涉及电力系统中使用的线路复合绝缘子,具体涉及一种有屏障装置的超高压线路复合绝缘子。背景技术[0002] 引起输电线路绝缘故障的主要原因是雷击闪络和污秽闪络。对于前者,虽然采用避雷线及线路避雷器等防雷装置可以起到一定的防雷效果,但这种单一的预防措施无法进一步提高线路对雷电的抵抗能力。因此在电网高速发展的现实条件下,增强线路自身绝缘水平,是降低雷击跳闸率的另一可行手段。对于后者,由于我国工业的快速发展,使工业污染面积扩大,同时又由于高速公路建设发展迅速,交通流量的大幅增加导致了邻近区域的大气污染,因此如何进一步高输电线路的防污闪能力,需要进行更深入的工作。[0003] 本实用新型专利主要涉及安装有复合绝缘子的输电线路的防雷击和防污闪问题。 复合绝缘子在材料上和在结构上与悬式绝缘子串有很大区别,其材料是憎水性的高分子材料,因此在防污闪方面有显著效果;其结构类似于瓷棒形绝缘子,一般是单根使用,仅上下两端有连接金具,而且金具的尺寸不大,它们和中间的绝缘体构成的主电容远远小于单片悬式绝缘子的主电容。因此线路复合绝缘子的电场比悬式绝缘子串的电场会更不均匀,所以必须在其两端要加均压环。安装均压环之后,其干弧距离小于相同结构高度的悬式绝缘子串,降低了电气绝缘强度。而且随着均压环的罩入深度的增加,绝缘距离更加减少,雷电冲击闪络电压降低幅度更大,因此复合绝缘子的防雷效果比悬式绝缘子串差。[0004] 本申请人的发明专利《一种能提高外绝缘电气强度的绝缘子》(中国专利号 ZL200810197722. 5)中,公开了在绝缘子两电极之间在绝缘子的绝缘体上设置一重和多重能提高绝缘子外绝缘强度的屏障,将传统绝缘子的二元素结构改变为三元素结构。它适用于所有绝缘材料、所有种类、所有电压等级的绝缘子及交流输电用绝缘子和直流输电用绝缘子。[0005] 由于只是在所有两元素结构绝缘子的两电极之间、在绝缘子的伞盘上或伞盘之间设置一个或多个屏障,所以没有改变原有绝缘子的结构,而且能显著提高绝缘子的起始电晕电压和闪络电压,减小无线电干扰,减少高压输电线的电能损耗,减轻绝缘子劣化,但该专利在进一步提闻超闻压线路复合绝缘子的雷电冲击闪络电压方面,即在进一步提闻这种绝缘子的防雷效果方面存在不足。发明内容[0006] 本实用新型的目的是针对上述现状,旨在提供一种可提高线路复合绝缘子的雷电冲击闪络电压的有屏障装置的超高压线路复合绝缘子。[0007] 本实用新型目的的实现方式为,一种有屏障装置的超高压线路复合绝缘子,在高压侧和接地侧的两个均压环附近设置均压环屏障,在靠近高压侧均压环和接地侧均压环处设置或在接地侧均压环和高压侧均压环中间设置中间屏障,中间屏障外侧设置有中间电3极。[0008] 本实用新型在高压侧和接地侧的两个均压环附近设置均压环屏障,均压环屏障将均压环封闭在一定的空间内,可以提高线路复合绝缘子的雷电冲击闪络电压。在两个均压环屏障附近或中间设置多个中间屏障,中间屏障的外侧设置有中间电极,可以改善复合绝缘子的电场极不均匀的问题;又由于超高压绝缘子的沿面放电是长间隙放电,利用中间屏障可以截断及扭转电弧,可以进一步提高线路复合绝缘子的雷电冲击闪络电压。附图说明[0009] 图I为中间屏障和中间电极设置在靠近接地侧均压环和高压侧均压环的本实用新型结构示意图,[0010] 图2为图I的A-A向视图,[0011] 图3为中间屏障和中间电极分布在接地侧均压环和高压侧均压环中间的本实用新型结构示意图。·具体实施方式[0012] 本实用新型是在靠近高压侧和接地侧的两个均压环处设置均压环屏障4,均压环屏障将均压环封闭在一定的空间内,提高了绝缘子的雷电冲击闪络电压。在靠近高压侧均压环和接地侧均压环处设置附近或在接地侧均压环和高压侧均压环中间设置中间屏障6, 中间屏障外侧设置有中间电极5。均压环屏障4、中间屏障6为高温硫化硅橡胶模压成型的屏障。[0013] 下面参照附图详述本实用新型。[0014] 参照图1、2,本实用新型的多个中间屏障6设置在靠近接地侧均压环2和高压侧均压环3处,中间屏障外侧设置有中间电极5,可以改善复合绝缘子的电场极不均匀的问题, 又由于超高压绝缘子的沿面放电是长间隙放电,利用中间屏障可以截断及扭转电弧,可以进一步提高线路复合绝缘子的雷电冲击闪络电压。。[0015] 参照图3,本实用新型的多个中间屏障6分布在接地侧均压环2和高压侧均压环3 中间,中间屏障外侧设置有中间电极5,可以改善复合绝缘子的电场极不均匀的问题,又由于超高压绝缘子的沿面放电是长间隙放电,利用中间屏障可以截断及扭转电弧,可以进一步提高线路复合绝缘子的雷电冲击闪络电压。

1. 一种有屏障装置的超高压线路复合绝缘子,其特征在于在高压侧和接地侧的两个均压环附近设置均压环屏障,在靠近高压侧均压环和接地侧均压环处设置或在接地侧均压环和高压侧均压环中间设置中间屏障,中间屏障外侧设置有中间电极。
2.根据权利要求I所述的一种有屏障装置的超高压线路复合绝缘子,其特征在于均压环屏障(4 )、中间屏障(6 )为高温硫化硅橡胶模压成型的屏障。
