本实用新型公开一种防潮、防腐、耐高温效果好的等阻值钢包铜电缆,包括混合金属导体、填充物、绝缘层、护套,其特征在于护套包覆绝缘层,绝缘层包裹混合金属导体,混合金属导体与绝缘层之间设有填充物。所述填充物为绝缘硅脂。所述的混合金属导体采用铜、钢两种金属材料绞合而成。所述绝缘层采用热塑性材料或热固性材料。混合金属导体之间填充绝缘硅脂不仅使其实现等阻值信号传输和电力传输,护套和绝缘层能起到耐振动、耐候性、耐潮湿、防水、耐磨、耐酸碱等作用。根据使用条件选择护套,绝缘、护套厚度结合导体的结构共同保证等阻值钢包铜电缆的性能;在保证电气性能的同时达到防潮、防腐、耐高温的效果。

本实用新型涉及一种电缆,尤其涉及一种钢包铜电缆。 
背景技术
钢包铜电缆一般用来用于制作扼流变压器,钢包铜电缆由两根组成,短的为2.2米,长的为4.2米,两者的直流电阻小于3.3mΩ,且两者的电阻值的差值小于0.1mΩ;成品线的一端压接铜接线端子,另一端焊接铁塞钉。等阻值钢包铜电缆的作用一是用来实现等阻值的信号传输;二是等阻值的电力传输。现有的等阻值钢包铜电缆在防潮、防腐以及耐防高温方面还存在不足。 
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提出一种防潮、防腐、耐高温效果好的等阻值钢包铜电缆,包括混合金属导体、填充物、绝缘层、护套,其特征在于护套包覆绝缘层,绝缘层包裹混合金属导体,混合金属导体与绝缘层之间设有填充物。 
所述填充物为绝缘硅脂。 
所述的混合金属导体采用铜、钢两种金属材料绞合而成。 
所述绝缘层采用热塑性材料或热固性材料。 
所述护套采用PVC弹性体护套或聚氨酯护套。 
本实用新型的有益效果为:混合金属导体之间填充绝缘硅脂不仅使其实现等阻值信号传输和电力传输,护套和绝缘层能起到耐振动、耐候性、耐潮湿、防水、耐磨、耐酸碱等作用。根据使用条件选择护套,绝缘、护套厚度结合导体的结构共同保证等阻值钢包铜电缆的性能;在保证电气性能的同时达到防潮、防腐、耐高温的效果。

具体实施方式
等阻值钢包铜电缆是铜、钢两种金属材料混合绞合而成的混合金属导体1,在绞合过程中放入填充物2,填充物2为绝缘硅脂;其外部包裹采用特制的热塑性材料或热固性材料的绝缘层3,绝缘层3外部是采用PVC弹性体或聚氨酯材料的护套4。根据不同的使用条件选择护套4和绝缘层3,绝缘层3和护套4厚度结合导体填充绝缘硅脂的复杂结构共同保证等阻值钢包铜电缆的性能;在保证电气性能的同时并具有抗振动、耐候性、耐潮湿、防水、耐磨、耐酸碱、耐高温、阻燃等性能。 

Claims (4)

1.等阻值钢包铜电缆,包括混合金属导体(1)、填充物(2)、绝缘层(3)、护套(4),其特征在于护套(4)包覆绝缘层(3),绝缘层(3)包裹混合金属导体(1),混合金属导体(1)与绝缘层(3)之间设有填充物(2)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的等阻值钢包铜电缆,其特征在于所述填充物(2)为绝缘硅脂。
3.按照权利要求1所述的等阻值钢包铜电缆,其特征在于所述绝缘层(3)采用热塑性材料或热固性材料。
4.按照权利要求1所述的等阻值钢包铜电缆,其特征在于所述护套(4)采用PVC弹性体护套或聚氨酯护套。
