一种全自动打包机导带槽，涉及全自动打包机的一种自动导带装置。提供一种可使全自动打包机适用于打包宽度大、高度较低的物件，使自动穿带快速顺利的全自动打包机导带槽。为呈圆弧形铸件，所述圆弧形铸件内侧设有圆弧形送带导槽，在圆弧形送带导槽下端设有喇叭口状进带口。由于对导带部件两侧的导带槽即直角转弯的导槽进行了改进，改变了原来的直角转弯的方式，将两侧的导带槽改为圆弧形，解决了穿带不顺的问题。另外，将导带部件高度方向两侧零件对称布置，直接铸成形，不需再加工外形，整体造型改为圆弧形，外形美观，内部为送带导槽，且进带处呈喇叭口状，使进带顺利。

目前，在全自动打包机上，自动送带装置的导带部件采用各段直线槽组成，转角处为直角形的转角，即整个导带部件呈长方形，对于打包高度较高的大件物件，打包带可以顺利穿过；可对于打包宽度大、高度低的物品，如瓷砖的打包，打包带在高度方向上需要快速转弯，以节约时间及用料，此时，直角转弯的导带槽，不能很好地通过带子，易产生阻带、积带现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有的全自动打包机自动送带装置的导带部件存在的缺点，提供一种可使全自动打包机适用于打包宽度大、高度较低的物件，使自动穿带快速顺利的全自动打包机导带槽。
本实用新型为呈圆弧形铸件，所述圆弧形铸件内侧设有圆弧形送带导槽，在圆弧形送带导槽下端设有喇叭口状进带口。
由于本实用新型对导带部件两侧的导带槽即直角转弯的导槽进行了改进，改变了原来的直角转弯的方式，将两侧的导带槽改为圆弧形，解决了穿带不顺的问题。
另外，本实用新型将导带部件高度方向两侧零件对称布置，直接铸成形，不需再加工外形，整体造型改为圆弧形，外形美观，内部为送带导槽，且进带处呈喇叭口状，使进带顺利。

如图1～3所示，本实用新型实施例为呈圆弧形铸件1，所述圆弧形铸件1内侧设有圆弧形送带导槽2，在圆弧形送带导槽2下端设有喇叭口状进带口3。
所述圆弧形铸件1整体为精铸件，直接铸成形，不需再加工外形，整体造型为圆弧形，外形美观，圆弧形送带导槽2的下端B处为进带口3，呈喇叭口状，使进带顺利。
