节能锅炉目前人们已经研发了很多种,结构各异,使用效果千差万别。为了提高热能利用率,往往采用反复迂回烟道的方式结构,虽然能够延长吸收烟气中热能的时间,但是往往导致结构复杂,造价高,清灰困难,得不偿失。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种节能环保锅炉,其结构简单,造价低廉,热效率高,使用方便。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,一种节能环保锅炉,包括具有炉膛以及烟囱的水套炉体,炉膛呈锥筒形,炉膛底部的炉条为连通水套炉体的水管,烟囱的筒壁为水套筒壁,水套筒壁内设置着呈螺旋状盘旋的盘管,盘管的两端分别构成进出水管,出水管位于烟囱的底端,进水管位于烟囱的顶端。
本实用新型结构简单,造价低廉,烟囱内盘管的进水方向由上到下进行,这样不仅简化了烟气流动结构,而且能够冷却烟囱上端热量集中区,能够有效吸收烟气热量,热效率高,使用方便。本实用新型可广泛应用于广大农村地区,可用来烧水做饭、洗浴,煤炭消耗量小,清灰方便,易于推广。

具体实施方式
一种节能环保锅炉,如图1所示,包括具有炉膛以及烟囱的水套炉体1,炉膛3呈锥筒形,炉膛底部的炉条2为连通水套炉体1的水管,水管用于充分吸收烟囱内煤炭的热量。烟囱的筒壁为水套筒壁,水套筒壁内设置着呈螺旋状盘旋的盘管5,盘管5的两端分别构成进出水管,出水管位于烟囱的底端,进水管位于烟囱的顶端。
烟囱内盘管5的进水方向由上到下进行,这样不仅简化了烟气流动结构,而且能够冷却烟囱上端热量集中区,能够有效吸收烟气热量,热效率高,使用方便。
作为本实用新型的一种改进,炉膛壁在纵向呈波浪形,用以扩大炉膛壁与煤炭的接触面积。
