一、     技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种浸泡装置，尤其是一种用于蚕茧的浸泡装置。
二、     背景技术
蚕茧是丝绸的重要原料，为了方便蚕茧进行抽丝，需要对蚕茧进行浸泡，因此用于蚕茧的浸泡装置是一个重要的纺织设备，在现有的用于蚕茧的浸泡装置中，都是把蚕茧直接放到容器中，使用水进行浸泡，为了把蚕茧湿润透，需要对蚕茧的浸泡时间长，从而影响生产效率。
三、     发明内容
为了克服上述技术缺点，本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于蚕茧的浸泡装置，因此浸泡效果更好。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案是：包含有具有腔体的壳体、设置在壳体的腔体的上下两端并分别设置为与壳体密封式联接的上盖和下盖、设置在壳体的腔体中并与壳体之间形成密封气腔体的橡皮胶囊、与壳体联接并输出口设置在橡皮胶囊与壳体之间的密封气腔体的气源。
把蚕茧放到橡皮胶囊中，并加入水，使橡皮胶囊对内部中的蚕茧产生压力，由于设计了气源和橡皮胶囊，通过橡皮胶囊产生柔和的压力，因此浸泡效果更好。
本实用新型设计了，橡皮胶囊设置在壳体的腔体中并两端分别设置为与壳体密封式联接。
本实用新型设计了，在橡皮胶囊的内表面上设置有凸起部。
本实用新型设计了，橡皮胶囊的竖向截面的轮廓线设置为弧线。

附图为本实用新型的一个实施例，结合附图具体说明本实施例，包含有上盖1、气源2、壳体3、橡皮胶囊4和下盖5，壳体3设置有腔体，上盖1和下盖5分别设置在壳体3的腔体的上下两端并分别设置为与壳体3密封式联接，橡皮胶囊4设置在壳体3的腔体中并两端分别设置为与壳体3密封式联接，气源2的输出口设置在橡皮胶囊4与壳体3之间。
在本实施例中，橡皮胶囊4的竖向截面的轮廓线设置为弧线，在橡皮胶囊4的内表面上设置有凸起部。
在使用本实施例时，把下盖5与壳体3关闭，打开上盖1，把蚕茧放到橡皮胶囊4中，并加入水，再把上盖1与壳体3关闭，开启气源2，对橡皮胶囊4和壳体3之间的空隙进行充气，使橡皮胶囊4对内部中的蚕茧产生压力。
在使用本实施例时，橡皮胶囊4产生的冲击力，直接作用在蚕茧上，使蚕茧转动和移动，从而提高了蚕茧与水的亲和力。

1.一种用于蚕茧的浸泡装置；其特征是：包含有具有腔体的壳体（3）、设置在壳体（3）的腔体的上下两端并分别设置为与壳体（3）密封式联接的上盖（1）和下盖（5）、设置在壳体（3）的腔体中并与壳体（3）之间形成密封气腔体的橡皮胶囊（4）、与壳体（3）联接并输出口设置在橡皮胶囊（4）与壳体（3）之间的密封气腔体的气源（2）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于蚕茧的浸泡装置；其特征是：橡皮胶囊（4）设置在壳体（3）的腔体中并两端分别设置为与壳体（3）密封式联接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于蚕茧的浸泡装置；其特征是：在橡皮胶囊（4）的内表面上设置有凸起部。
