具体实施方式
如图1所示， 该新型笔筒包括筒槽1、筒托2、圆板3和外沿4，筒槽1、筒托2及外沿4一体成型，圆板3上有外沿4，圆板3的大小与笔筒内部吻合，且圆板3中心有圆形小孔，圆板3也可以是网格型。外溢的水通过小孔流入空腔，避免弄湿桌面，借助小孔的着力点，可取下圆板，方便倒出空腔内的水。
