本实用新型平键定位安装治具，包括中间部与两个对称的端部3，所述中间部开设定位孔，定位孔四周均匀设置四个定位销1，所述端部开设U型卡槽2，U型卡槽2与两个定位销1以及定位孔在同一直线上。所述端部外壁呈锥形。
用法是将平键定位安装治具放入装配体，以四个定位销1和一个定位孔定位，再将两个平键放入U型卡槽内，然后拿出平键定位安装治具，再将待装配的其它装配体装在原装配体上并卡住平键。

1.一种平键定位安装治具，其特征在于：包括中间部与两个对称的端部，所述中间部开设定位孔，定位孔四周均匀设置四个定位销，所述端部开设U型卡槽，U型卡槽与两个定位销以及定位孔在同一直线上。
