本实用新型是一种带抽吸装置的斜面钻头，包括麻花钻，在麻花钻的顶端磨出一中心钻尖，中间钻尖，与麻花钻之间形成两个左右外刃，外刃进行切削工件，在麻花钻内部设有由上向下的L型吸道，L型吸道下端的吸孔设置在麻花钻的排屑槽上，所L型吸道的上端穿过所述麻花钻与一抽吸装置相连。抽吸装置为泵管。本实用新型的斜面钻头先由中心钻尖的钻头钻入工件，起到定心作用，然后由外刃进行切削，减少外侧刃的径向切削分力，使钻孔质量得到保障，通过抽吸装置将碎屑即使吸走，避免对工件和钻头造成损坏。本实用新型结构简单，制作方便，保证钻孔的质量，保证工件的质量，避免钻头受损害。

    本实用新型涉及一种钻头，具体的说是一种带抽吸装置的斜面钻头。
背景技术
    在斜面上钻孔时，若使用一般几何图形的麻花钻，在钻头切削刃的径向抗力的作用下，使钻头的轴线偏斜，很难保证孔的正确位置，由于是先通过中心钻尖来钻入工件，这样会有一些小的碎屑不容易通过排屑槽排除而遗留在工件上，这样不仅影响工件的质量，还会对钻头造成损坏。
发明内容
    为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种保证钻孔质量的斜面钻头。
    为了达到上述目的，本实用新型是通过一下技术方案实现的：
本实用新型是一种带抽吸装置的斜面钻头，包括麻花钻，在麻花钻的顶端磨出一中心钻尖，中间钻尖，与麻花钻之间形成两个左右外刃，外刃进行切削工件，在麻花钻内部设有由上向下的L型吸道， L型吸道下端的吸孔设置在麻花钻的排屑槽上，所L型吸道的上端穿过所述麻花钻与一抽吸装置相连。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于：抽吸装置为泵管。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型的斜面钻头先由中心钻尖的钻头钻入工件，起到定心作用，然后由外刃进行切削，减少外侧刃的径向切削分力，使钻孔质量得到保障，通过抽吸装置将碎屑即使吸走，避免对工件和钻头造成损坏。
本实用新型结构简单，制作方便，保证钻孔的质量，保证工件的质量，避免钻头受损害。

如图1 所示，本实用新型是一种带抽吸装置的斜面钻头，包括麻花钻1，在所述麻花钻1的顶端磨出一中心钻尖2，所述中间钻尖2，与所述麻花钻1之间形成左右两个外刃3，两个外刃3切削工件4，在所述麻花钻1内部设有由上向下的L型吸道5，所述L型吸道5下端的吸孔6设置在所述麻花钻1的排屑槽上，所述L型吸道5的上端穿过所述麻花钻1与一抽吸装置7相连，所述抽吸装置7为泵管。

1.一种带抽吸装置的斜面钻头，包括麻花钻（1），在所述麻花钻（1）的顶端磨出一中心钻尖（2），所述中间钻尖（2）与所述麻花钻（1）之间形成左右两个外刃（3），所述两个外刃（3）切削工件（4），其特征在于：在所述麻花钻（1）内部设有由上向下的L型吸道（5），所述L型吸道（5）下端的吸孔（6）设置在所述麻花钻（1）的排屑槽上，所述L型吸道（5）的上端穿过所述麻花钻（1）与一抽吸装置（7）相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种带抽吸装置的斜面钻头，其特征在于：所述抽吸装置（7）为泵管。
