背景技术
目前，旋风除尘器在化工，粮油，加工，煤炭等领域广泛使用，现有旋风除尘器的结构简单，制造、使用、维护方便。它是利用旋转气流使气体中的尘粒产生一定的惯性离心力，气流中的尘粒在惯性离心力的作用下周边运动，碰到筒壁后下落达到收尘的目的。但在除尘器的连接端，特别是旋风除尘器与烘干筒系统连接端的湿度较大，容易结垢，尤其在冬天易结冰，结垢，严重影响正常生产。需要一种能够给除尘器保温的装置。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷，提供一种结构简单、保温效果好的旋风除尘器与烘干筒系统连接端保温装置。

旋风除尘器与烘干筒系统连接端保温装置，包括连接管道、保温层、导热丝、开关，所述连接管道外壁包裹保温层，所述连接管道和保温层之间布满有导热丝，所述该导热丝连接有电源开关。
所述导热丝还与温控器之间电连接。
所述保温层为盐棉制成。

本实用新型保温装置，结构简单，制造方便。冬天环境温度降低时，导热丝通电后加热，连接管道升温，升温后自动断电，保温层可使连接管道内部温度保持，管道内部不易结冰。

如图1所示，旋风除尘器与烘干筒系统连接端保温装置，包括连接管道1、保温层3、导热丝2、开关4，在连接管道1外壁上包裹保温层3，保温层2为盐棉或其它保温材料制成。连接管道1和保温层3之间布满有导热丝2，该导热丝2连接有电源开关；本实用新型优选地，导热丝2还与温控器5之间电连接。
本设计冬天环境温度降低时，将导热丝通电加热，连接管道升温，升温后自动断电，保温层可使连接管道内部温度保持，管道内部将不会结冰，而影响生产。
