背景技术
在储料仓出口设置活化料斗和液压阀门，储料仓内物料经过活化料斗振动活化作用向下移动，通过液压阀门控制物料输出的流量大小。液压阀门型活化料斗针对解决储料仓斗不能主动活化物料和辅助送料问题，采用锥型活化料斗，并通过料斗下液压阀门准确控制物料的流量。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的，在于解决储料仓收缩段易产生积存物料和阻挡物料，液压阀门控制物料流量。 
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。 
一种液压阀门型活化料斗，位于料仓底部，其特征在于活化料斗下带液压阀门。 
本实用新型克服了一般料仓不具活化作用和容易滞留物料及配备单独给料设备。通过设计此液压阀门型活化料斗，具备活化物料和定量给料于一身。本实用新型整体结构简单、可靠、实用性强。

具体实施方式
参见图1，一般料仓需要制作锥形土建料斗，降低料仓的使用空间，并造成料斗内物料停滞或堵塞。 
2，参见图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7、图8、图9，物料通过振动电机带动活化料斗振动，使物料自由下移，通过调节液压阀门开口大小来在线无级控制物料量的多少。 
本实用新型的有益效果是，通过液压阀门型活化料斗，有效提高料仓使用空间，防止物料堵塞。
