技术领域
本实用新型涉及电气设备，尤其是一种电缆连接接头。
背景技术
目前，现有的电缆连接接头主要有液压式连接和螺纹紧固式连接。液压式连接的缺点是，铜线只能用铜接头，铝线只能用铝接头，这种连接工具只能采用液压钳，不但成本较高，而且携带、施工很不方便。相比之下螺纹紧固式连接有施工工具轻便，工具施工方便，接头适应性好的优点，但是，由于螺丝在往复力作用下会出现松弛。所以其连接的安全性不高。另外，扳手的操作需要较大的空间，在狭小空间不方便施工作业。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述问题，提供一种安全稳定、便于操作的电气接头。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种电力连接器，包括内套，连接臂和外帽，其中所述的内套为管状，其一端沿轴线方向设有第一台阶、斜面和第二台阶，另一端设有连接机构。外帽与内套的管状部分相配合，设有第一内台阶、第二内台阶和第三内台阶。以及锁紧机构，所属的锁紧机构与内套的接合机构耦合。在外帽侧面第三内台阶段设有螺钉紧固孔。
本实用新型使用螺钉通过螺钉紧固孔对外帽的锁定，增强了电气接头的稳定性，从而提高了电力网路的稳定性和安全性。并且，采用螺钉的固定设计，更有利于狭小空间条件下的施工作业。

在图1-图4中，一种电力连接器，包括内套1，连接臂3和外帽2，其中所述的内套1为管状，其一端沿轴线方向设有第一台阶11、斜面12和第二台阶13，另一端设有连接机构14。内套的另一部分为连接臂5。外帽2与内套1的管状部分相配合，设有第一内台阶21、第二内台阶22和第三内台阶23。以及锁紧机构24，所属的锁紧机构24与内套1的接合机构14耦合。在外帽2侧面第三内台阶23段设有螺钉紧固孔4。
