本实用新型涉及一种电缆,具体的说是耐弯曲电缆。 
背景技术
在玻璃机械行业,汽车组装生产线设备,物流自动化,激光切割行业,工业机器人,工业机械手臂,高速纺织机械,木工机械等设备中,扭力和弯曲应力同时存在的各种场合中使用的电缆要求耐摩擦,耐高柔性抗扭应力,且可自由弯曲运动。一般的电缆不能满足在上述环境中长时间使用。 
发明内容
本实用新型旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种耐弯曲电缆,提高了电缆的耐弯曲性能,解决频繁弯曲场合电能和信号的传输。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是这样实现的: 
一种耐弯曲电缆,它包括带有绝缘的导体,导体外依次包有内护套和外护套,其特征在于:所述导体为四组,每组包括四根导体,四组导体采取上、下、左、右方式排列,四组导体中间设有填充物。
所述的耐弯曲电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘和内护套为PVC绝缘。 
所述的耐弯曲电缆,其特征在于:所述外护套为TPU弹性体。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:提高了电缆的耐弯曲性能,弯曲次数可达到500万次以上,可广泛应用于扭力和弯曲应力同时存在频繁弯曲的各种场合。

具体实施方式
如图1所示:一种耐弯曲电缆,它包括带有绝缘2的导体1,导体1外依次包有内护套4和外护套5,所述导体1为四组,每组包括四根导体1,四组导体1采取上、下、左、右方式排列,四组导体1中间设有填充物3;绝缘2为PVC绝缘,起到电气绝缘作用和耐弯曲作用;内护套4为PVC绝缘,采用挤压式的挤出方式,将成缆线芯空隙填充压实,保证了电缆的稳定性;外护套5为TPU弹性体,具有强度高、弹性大、耐磨性好、耐油、柔软、高伸长率、耐腐蚀性好等优异性能,使电缆具备了良好的耐磨性和柔韧性。本实用新型成缆采用两次成缆工艺,这样与一次成缆相比,芯线在电缆中的稳定性大大增加。

1.一种耐弯曲电缆,它包括带有绝缘的导体,导体外依次包有内护套和外护套,其特征在于:所述导体为四组,每组包括四根导体,四组导体采取上、下、左、右方式排列,四组导体中间设有填充物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐弯曲电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘和内护套为PVC绝缘。
