背景技术
汽车零部件中很多零件都带有倒扣，其在检测由于倒扣的存在，使得整个零部件不易定位，导致检测的准确度差。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种带倒扣的零件的检具结构，其使得倒扣不影响整个零件的定位，进而确保检测的准确度。
一种带倒扣的零件的检具结构，其特征在于：其包括前压块、后压块，所述前压块、后压块的上端面形成倒扣腔，所述前压块、后压块的相对面之间设置有卡块，所述卡块设置有贯穿的弹簧定位孔，弹簧塞装于对应的所述前弹簧定位孔内，所述弹簧的两端面分别顶装所述前压块、后压块，销轴依次贯穿后压块、卡块、前压块。
采用本实用新型后，倒扣部分首先置于前压块的倒扣腔的前半部分，之后合上后压块，然后再通过销轴压紧前压块、卡块、后压块，使得倒扣不影响整个零部件的定位，进而确保检测的准确度，拆除时，移除销轴，后压块即在弹簧的弹力下弹出，倒扣顺利从到口腔取出。
