背景技术
明煅白矾是中药炮制的加工程序，就是取净白矾，敲成小块，置煅锅内，用武火加热至熔化，中途不停火不搅拌，煅至膨胀松炮呈白色蜂窝状固体，完全干燥停火，放凉研成细粉。
传统方法明煅白矾时常出现煅制不透的现象，主要原因是白矾受热不均匀，锅底层白矾先溶化，结晶水先行蒸发形成海绵状质地疏松的枯矾，形成隔热层使上部液态白矾难易达到适当温度，结晶水不能及时蒸发，影响产品的质量。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决目前煅制白矾受热不均匀，影响产品的质量的问题，设计一种平底的电热白矾明煅炉。
本实用新型的技术方案是，一种小型白矾明煅炉，其特殊之处是，在一炉体的上面装有非金属材料平底锅，炉体内装有电热管，炉体的侧壁上装有控制器。
平底锅可使内部的白矾均匀受热，克服了白矾在圆底锅内堆集于中央，上下受热不均的缺点，炉体内采用电热管更能保证对锅底各部的加热均衡，炉体内的温度和加热时间，可在控制器上设定。
本实用新型的技术效果是，采用上述技术方案可以实现一种结构简单，火候控制精确，加工质量稳定的白矾明煅炉具

如图所示，在一炉体3的上面装有非金属材料平底锅1，炉体3内装有电热管2，炉体3的侧壁上装有控制器4。
平底锅1能使内部的白矾均匀受热，克服了白矾在圆底锅内堆集于中央，上下受热不均的缺点，炉体3内设置电热管2更能保证对平底锅1锅底各部的加热均衡，炉体3内的温度和加热时间，可在控制器4上设定。
