Abstract

一种利用饲料生产机组排风发电装置,可与每个风机排风口相连接的风洞,风洞内壁两侧排列安装风力发电机,发电机上安装有叶轮,风洞外设有固定支架。发电稳定,由于风速一致,不受其他条件限制,只要生产就可以发电,根据风量大小来配套发电机的功率和数量,按年产30万吨配合饲料计算,风机总流量70000-100000m3/h,按70000m3/h计算排出的余风量可带动30KW发电机组10台,即发电300KW/h。大大节约了电能的消耗,降低了饲料生产成本,具有推广价值。

利用饲料生产机组排风发电装置
技术领域    本实用新型涉及一种利用饲料生产过程中产生的风能发电装置。
背景技术    饲料在生产加工过程中在冷却、干燥、除尘等工段使用多台大型风机,而达到生产目的后产生大量的风排出室外,造成一定程度的浪费。
发明内容    本实用新型目的是提供一种利用饲料生产机组排风发电装置,将饲料生产加工企业在生产过程中产生的大量风能通过加装风力发电设备利用起来,转化成电能,大大减少了能源消耗。
本实用新型的技术方案是:利用饲料生产机组排风发电装置,可与每个风机排风口相连接的风洞,风洞内壁两侧排列安装风力发电机,发电机上安装有叶轮,风洞外设有固定支架。
本实用新型的优点是:发电稳定,由于风速一致,不受其他条件限制,只要生产就可以发电,根据风量大小来配套发电机的功率和数量,按年产30万吨配合饲料计算,风机总流量70000-100000m3/h,按70000m3/h计算排出的余风量可带动30KW发电机组10台,即发电300KW/h。大大节约了电能的消耗,降低了饲料生产成本,具有推广价值。

具体实施方式    利用饲料生产机组排风发电装置,每个风机排风口加装导风管将排出的风能收集,再送入风洞1,风洞内壁两侧排列安装风力发电机2,发电机上安装有叶轮4,风洞外设有固定支架。生产过程中在风机使空气流动的作用下,驱动安装在排风管内壁上的叶轮转动,从而带动发电机。因为把风管改成方形,同时空间增大不影响正常排风。
