本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种重力球，其特征在于：包括空心内胆和弹性体，所述空心内胆内填充有配重物，所述弹性体包裹在空心内胆的外侧，所述空心内胆上设置有填充口，该填充口上设置有封盖。
所述空心内胆为球形或是椭球形。
