Abstract

一种火场抢险护身器，由一顶具有储水胆的护顶伞和一套具有储水胆的护身罩联结而成，并配备有手动喷雾设施系统，火场抢险人员可将护身器像救生衣一样套穿于身上，在火场中用手压动喷雾设施，护身罩储水胆中的水即可从护顶伞处形成一道严密下垂水幕，可有效隔绝火焰和烟雾对人体的侵害，罩体中的储水能缓和火场高温对人身的损伤，护顶伞还能抵挡相当的空中坠物对人身的伤害。

一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种保安用品，尤其是一种火场抢险护身器。
二、背景技术
目前用于火场抢险的个人防护器，基本上没有防除烟雾、火焰及空中坠物对人身损害的功能。
三、发明内容
为了有效保障火场抢险人员的人身安全，本发明提供一种火场抢险护身器，其特征在于包括了一顶有储水胆的护顶伞、一套有储水胆的护身罩和一套手动喷雾设施，护顶伞用三根贴合于护身罩体外侧面上的金属杆支撑于护身罩上方，手动喷雾设施的打水泵和出水管埋植于护身罩储水胆内，出水管的上部贴着护顶伞下侧面往上延伸并在护顶伞下侧面正中组成喷雾头。本发明用以下方案实施：1、用不锈金属薄板制作护顶伞，伞体呈斗笠状，由两层金属薄板夹合，中间形成一个储水胆，伞顶正中设置一个注水口；2、用不锈金属薄板制作护身罩，罩体呈救生衣状，由两层金属薄板夹合，中间形成一个储水胆，在上口环形平面上设置一个注水口，并在同一平面的另一边设置一处喷雾设施的打水泵和出水管安置口，在罩体立壁上段两个相对的位置设置袖口；3、以打水泵和出口管安置口为方位点，将罩体外侧面分划为四等分，在方位点以外的三个等分线上垂直焊上三条1cm粗的钢筋，钢筋的下端跟罩体的下沿平齐，上端高出罩体上沿约35cm；4、将钢筋的上端焊接于护顶伞下侧面；5、将用作喷雾设施打水泵的钢管和用作出水管的钢管按背包式手动喷雾器的常规制作工艺制成后装入罩体储水胆内，然后按背包式手动喷雾器的常规制作技术在罩体外侧下端设施手动喷雾设施动力系统。本发明的效用是，火场抢险人员套戴了护身器在火场中活动时，通过手动喷雾设施将护身罩储水胆中的水以雾屏形式喷洒在抢险人员身体周围，能有效地将火焰和烟雾隔绝于水雾外，且伞体和罩体中的储水能较好地缓和火场高温的袭身，伞体还能抵挡相当的空中坠物对人体的危害。

五、具体实施方式：
分别从伞体注水口(2)及罩体注水口(4)往储水胆中注水备用，应急使用时，人从罩体(9)底部钻入罩体内，将双手从罩体袖口(8)中伸出，将护身器扛负肩上，手压喷雾设施手压杆(7)实施喷雾。

1.一种火场抢险护身器，其特征在于包括了一顶有储水胆的护顶伞、一套有储水胆的护身罩和一套手动喷雾设施，护顶伞用三根贴合于护身罩体外侧面上的金属杆支撑于护身罩上方，手动喷雾设施的打水泵和出水管埋植于护身罩储水胆内，出水管的上部贴着护顶伞下侧面往上延伸并在护顶伞下侧面正中组成喷雾头。
