上、下夹板对应内侧设置防滑层，所述防滑层为橡胶层。
所放置装置包括底托以及圆形放置口，所述圆形放置口的外围设置伸缩装置5。
本实用新型的使用方法如下：将杯夹通过上、下夹板夹在桌子的边缘，夹紧，调节旋转角度使水杯夹到合适的摆放角度，将水杯放于圆形放置口内，水杯过小的话可以调节伸缩装置5，将水杯尽量固定不至于晃动。
