Abstract

大豆秸秆纤维地膜结构属于生物质地膜技术;在大豆秸秆纤维地膜上、下表面上配置蓖麻油型聚氨酯/苄基魔芋葡苷聚糖半互穿网络再生膜生物基涂层,所述生物基涂层厚度为0.05-0.10mm,大豆秸秆纤维地膜上、下表面呈平滑状,或在一侧表面上设有带有凹凸相间的网状格纹;本地膜整体强度好,吸收太阳光热能力强,有利于提高地温,促进作物生长发育,尤其适合机械化作业使用。

技术领域
本实用新型属于植物纤维地膜,主要涉及一种大豆秸秆纤维地膜。 
背景技术
近年来用价格低廉且可再生的农作物秸秆生产制造可降解的植物纤维地膜已开始研究,并取得进展。但是,由于各种农业作物秸秆物理学特性的差异,其不同作物秸秆纤维地膜性能差别较大,应用受到限制。目前,用大豆秸秆纤维为主料制成的大豆秸秆纤维地膜存在整体强度低、不适应机械化铺放作业使用的技术性问题 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,设计提供一种新结构的大豆秸秆纤维地膜结构,达到提高大豆秸秆纤维地膜整体强度、满足和适应机械化作业使用的目的。 
本实用新型的基本设计是,在大豆秸秆纤维地膜上、下表面上均配置蓖麻油型聚氨酯/苄基魔芋葡苷聚糖半互穿网络再生膜生物基涂层,所述的蓖麻油型聚氨酯/苄基魔芋葡苷聚糖半互穿网络再生膜生物基涂层的厚度H为0.05-0.10mm,且大豆秸秆纤维地膜上、下表面呈平滑状,或在大豆秸秆纤维地膜一侧表面上设有凹凸相间的网状格纹。 
本实用新型结构简单,整体强度好,可满足机械化铺膜作业使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型最佳实施方案进行详细描述。一种大豆秸秆纤维地膜结构,在大豆秸秆纤维地膜1上、下表面上均配置蓖麻油型聚氨酯/苄基魔芋葡苷聚糖半互穿网络再生膜生物基涂层2,所述的蓖麻油型聚氨酯/苄基魔芋葡苷聚糖半互穿网络再生膜生物基涂层2的厚度H为0.05-0.10mm,且大豆秸秆纤维地膜1上、下表面呈平滑状或在大豆秸秆纤维地膜1一侧表面上设有凹凸相间的网状格纹3。 
作业使用中,本大豆秸秆纤维地膜的机械强度可以完全适应机械化作业要求,且对土地增温效果显著,增加土壤有机质含量,降解后无残留、无污染。

1.一种大豆秸秆纤维地膜结构,其特征在于在大豆秸秆纤维地膜(1)上、下表面上均配置蓖麻油型聚氨酯/苄基魔芋葡苷聚糖半互穿网络再生膜生物基涂层(2),所述的蓖麻油型聚氨酯/苄基魔芋葡苷聚糖半互穿网络再生膜生物基涂层(2)的厚度H为0.05-0.10mm,且大豆秸秆纤维地膜(1)上、下表面呈平滑状,或在大豆秸秆纤维地膜(1)一侧表面上设有凹凸相间的网状格纹(3)。
