本实用新型公开了一种油井防窜耐磨套管,包括管体,管体内表面涂覆有等离子渗氮层,管体的外表面涂覆有胶涂层,胶涂层的外壁粘接有硅砂层。本实用新型的管体的内表面有等离子渗氮层,该等离子渗氮层与管体融为一体,且该等离子渗氮层硬度可达到65HRC以上,因此使得管体强度增高,硬度增大,耐磨性、防腐能力提高,从而延长油套管的使用寿命,管本体外表面粘接硅砂层提高表面的粗糙度,增加了表面积,使固井水泥和管体牢牢地结成一体。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种套管,尤其涉及一种油井防窜耐磨套管。
背景技术
目前,国内外现有技术生产的各种系列不同形式的油套管,其内外表面均未作防腐、硬化处理,或只是在内表面进行单一的镀、涂防腐材料处理,其表面普遍存在硬度低,耐磨能力差,表面防腐层容易磨损及剥落,落出金属本体后会迅速腐蚀和磨损,污染环境有害健康;而且工一艺复杂,工艺质量很难保证,成本高,强度低,防腐能力差,产品的使用寿命较短。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型提供一种油井防窜耐磨套管。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种油井防窜耐磨套管,包括管体,管体内表面涂覆有等离子渗氮层,管体的外表面涂覆有胶涂层,胶涂层的外壁粘接有硅砂层。
作为优选,等离子渗氮层的厚度为2.5mm。
作为优选,硅砂层的粒径为3-5mm。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:管体的内表面有等离子渗氮层,该等离子渗氮层与管体融为一体,且该等离子渗氮层硬度可达到65HRC以上,因此使得管体强度增高,硬度增大,耐磨性、防腐能力提高,从而延长油套管的使用寿命,管本体外表面粘接硅砂层提高表面的粗糙度,增加了表面积,使固井水泥和管体牢牢地结成一体。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
作为本实用新型的一种实施方式,参阅图1,本实用新型包括管体1,管体1内表面涂覆有等离子渗氮层2,管体1的外表面涂覆有胶涂层3,胶涂层3的外壁粘接有硅砂层4。等离子渗氮层2的厚度为2.5mm。硅砂层4的粒径为3-5mm。
管体1的内表面有等离子渗氮层2,该等离子渗氮层2与管体1融为一体,且该等离子渗氮层2硬度可达到65HRC以上,因此使得管体1强度增高,硬度增大,耐磨性、防腐能力提高,从而延长油套管的使用寿命,管本体外表面粘接硅砂层4提高表面的粗糙度,增加了表面积,使固井水泥和管体1牢牢地结成一体。粘接硅砂层4后的管体1压脱强度大于管体1与水泥环的压脱强度,约为5kg/cmz,明显地提高了管体1和水泥环的胶结质量,增强了防窜性能和使用寿命。

1.一种油井防窜耐磨套管,包括管体,其特征在于:所述管体内表面涂覆有等离子渗氮层,管体的外表面涂覆有胶涂层,所述胶涂层的外壁粘接有硅砂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油井防窜耐磨套管,其特征在于:所述等离子渗氮层的厚度为2.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油井防窜耐磨套管,其特征在于:所述硅砂层的粒径为3-5mm。
