背景技术
在双桶洗衣机中,脱水内盖位于脱水桶与脱水盖板之间,起到防止衣服在高速脱水时从桶内飞出的作用,目前的脱水内盖均为厚度为4mm左右的平面结构,仅是起到压紧衣物的作用,平面结构同时也隔绝了高整脱水时水气在脱水桶顶部的循环,影响到脱水率。
发明内容
本实用新型是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处,提供一种洗衣机风干脱水内盖,以期通过内盖的改进能够提高脱水率。
本实用新型为解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
本实用新型洗衣机风干脱水内盖的结构特点是:均匀划分圆盘状脱水内盖的平面为具有相同结构形式的各扇形区域,所述各扇形区域中包括有通气孔和一扇片,所述扇片的一侧口倾斜向上形成脱水内盖中上向进风槽,所述扇片的另一侧口倾斜向下形成脱水内盖中下向出风槽。

与已有技术相同的是,本实施例中的脱水内盖5同样是位于脱水桶6与脱水盖板7之间,脱水内盖5具有三维空间结构形式,通风孔1使在脱水桶6高速运转过程中衣物中的水分形成气流,从而将水分带出衣物中,有效提升脱水率。
