使用时，如果要扔垃圾，只需轻轻按下开盖装置5，翻盖4即可上翻，避免了整个桶盖3直接开启的麻烦，也不会影响桶内垃圾袋的使用，而且，需要将垃圾桶内的垃圾倾倒到垃圾回收站时，只需踩下踏板2，桶盖3上翻，即可将垃圾桶轻松提起。
