背景技术
目前香精香料行业提取植物挥发油所使用的烧瓶都是以水中蒸馏烧瓶为主，且许多植物中含有的挥发性成分遇热水易分解，导致所得的挥发油香气与原本植物香气变化较大。并且，一般的玻璃仪器由于仪器瓶口比较细小，所以仪器内壁的清洗起来非常麻烦。针对球形玻璃仪器内壁清洗的问题，曾有许多优秀的方案，如2011年中国专利局公告的由方泓钊设计的，授权公告号为CN201848258 U，中国专利号(ZL)为CN201020591396.9的实用新型专利名称是《一种可拆装易清洗实验用多口烧瓶》，所采用的技术方案，有效的解决了传统烧瓶清洗不方便，块状、条状或较大物料很难从烧瓶内清除。但瓶体采用螺纹结合，在拆装烧瓶时对瓶体易损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种新型带磨砂口的蒸馏烧瓶。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：它包括蒸馏烧瓶，其特征是：蒸馏烧瓶分成上瓶体和下瓶体，上瓶体和下瓶体之间设有隔板，上瓶体和带孔隔板之间、下瓶体和带孔隔板之间均采用磨砂面无间隙配合，隔板上开有孔，孔数为40-60目。
本实用新型在蒸馏过程中能避免植物挥发油中部分挥发性成分遇热水分解，使得所得的挥发油香气与原本植物香气一致。上瓶体、带孔玻璃隔板和下瓶体可拆开，拆开后清洗方便，并且，由于瓶体采用磨砂口结合，在拆开和安装的过程中没有摩擦，避免了瓶体的磨损。

如图1和图2所示，本实用新型包括蒸馏烧瓶，蒸馏烧瓶分成上瓶体2和下瓶体3，瓶口1设置于上瓶体2的上端，其内壁为磨砂面，可配合其他带磨口的玻璃器材。上瓶体2和下瓶体3之间设有隔板4，上瓶体下端带有磨口2-1，上瓶体磨口2-1与隔板4边缘磨口4-2直径相等且能无缝结合。下瓶体上端带有磨口3-1，下瓶体磨口3-1与隔板边缘磨口4-2直径相等且能无缝结合。如图3所示，隔板4上开有孔4-1，孔数为40-60目。
