当本实用新型使用时，见图示意：显然，健身者只需站在布沙包3旁边，用脚去顺着外圆1顺向或者逆向踢其中的一个布沙包3，踢完第一个布沙包3之后，由于转动轴承2受到与它连接的外圆1的顺向或者逆向的力的作用，便会顺向或逆向开始转动，当第二个布沙包3转到健身者面前时，健身者便可继续去用踝部去踢，依此类推不停踢下一个转动到自己面前的布沙包3即可达到锻炼踝部的目的。
其中，连接布沙包3与外圆1的细线需使用耐吹晒的橡胶软材质制造，布沙包支架4须使用不锈钢材制造。
