本实用新型涉及一种一次成型氧化锆全冠,所述的全冠为单个独立齿冠,所述的全冠通过口内扫描得到牙冠数据再经数控机床一次加工成型,故所述的全冠为一体式全冠,全冠的形状与单个切牙或尖牙或磨牙的牙冠的形状相同,所述的全冠通过胶水粘合于人体基牙上。本实用新型解决了生物相容性和崩瓷的问题,且高度美观,无金属修复,坚固度很高,氧化锆陶瓷具有良好的机械性能,其抗弯强度及化学稳定性更好,其强度不受老化影响。

本实用新型属牙种植修复技术领域,特别是涉及一次成型氧化锆全冠。
背景技术
牙种植术被称为是20世纪牙科史上最令人瞩目的一大进展,也是近年口腔医学领域发展最快的学科之一。在西方发达国家,牙种植术已经获得大范围的普及和应用。目前金属烤瓷全冠是较为普遍的植牙技术,但是金属烤瓷全冠的制造方法比较复杂,需经过取模,蜡型制作,包埋铸造,烧瓷等复杂的操作过程,病人需多次门诊才能完成植牙。而且由于金属烤瓷全冠往往不是一次成型,所以在使用过程中会出现崩瓷现象。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种一次成型氧化锆全冠,以解决生物相容性和崩瓷的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种一次成型氧化锆全冠,所述的全冠为单个独立齿冠,所述的全冠通过口内扫描得到牙冠数据再经数控机床一次加工成型,故所述的全冠为一体式全冠,全冠的形状与单个切牙或尖牙或磨牙的牙冠的形状相同,所述的全冠通过胶水粘合于人体基牙上。
所述的全冠的材料为氧化锆陶瓷。
所述的全冠的材料为玻璃渗透氧化锆陶瓷。
所述的胶水为树脂粘结胶水。
有益效果
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有下列优点:
1、高度美观,无金属修复。
2、作为环保型材料,不会引起任何过敏反应。
3、精确的密合度,冠良好的边缘适合性是治疗成功的必要条件。
4、操作简便,传统的修复体制作方法比较复杂,本实用新型是口腔修复摆脱了牙体预备、取印模、灌印模、制作蜡型、包埋铸造的工作模式,而是用取得光学印模输入计算机,再在计算机上设计修复体,最后用微型铣床加工修复体来代替,因此减少了患者的就诊次数和时间。
5、坚固,氧化锆陶瓷具有良好的机械性能,其抗弯强度及化学稳定性更好,且强度不受老化影响。

在病人口内放置橡皮障,种植体基台表面喷涂显影粉,用CERECⅡ型机光学探头获得基牙光学印模,全冠1.0软件设计制作全冠,并通过精密数控机床加工得到全冠,全冠经调He抛光后,采用树脂粘接剂粘结。

1.一种一次成型氧化锆全冠,所述的全冠为单个独立齿冠,其特征在于:所述的全冠(1)通过口内扫描得到牙冠数据再经数控机床一次加工成型,故所述的全冠(1)为一体式全冠,全冠的形状与单个切牙或尖牙或磨牙的牙冠的形状相同,所述的全冠通过胶水粘合于人体基牙上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一次成型氧化锆全冠,其特征在于:所述的全冠(1)的材料为氧化锆陶瓷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种一次成型氧化锆全冠,其特征在于:所述的全冠(1)的材料为玻璃渗透氧化锆陶瓷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种一次成型氧化锆全冠,其特征在于:所述的胶水为树脂粘结胶水。
