在日常生活中，为了卫生方便，都会使用到鸡毛掸子来打扫灰尘，但是目前的鸡毛掸子都是一根杆简单的与鸡毛掸子相连，在使用过程中只能在一定高度和角度范围内使用，很不容易清理到各种死角(如衣柜顶部、床底等)，不仅造成打扫者的麻烦，还容易滋生细菌，不仅影响美观，还不利于身体健康。

本实用新型的目的就是提供一种使用方便、易于操作、安全可靠的可调节角度和长度的鸡毛掸子。
本实用新型的目的是通过这样的技术方案实现的，它是在固定鸡毛掸子的旋转主杆内嵌于旋转杆外槽夹，并通过旋转固定螺母来调整角度，使用时便可调换鸡毛掸子的角度；将伸缩主杆内嵌于伸缩杆外套，通过伸缩固定螺母来调整长度，使用时便可调整鸡毛掸子的长度。
