如图1、图2的一种可拉伸课桌，包括桌面1、桌仓4和桌腿，桌面1正面含有夹层板2，侧面设有固定栓5；夹层板2设有拉手3。
学生在学习时，如果桌面1的空间充裕，则可以将夹层板2推入桌面1中，利用桌面1侧面的固定栓5将夹层板2锁死；如果桌面1空间不足时，则通过拉手3将夹层板2从桌面1中拉出，再利用固定栓5将夹层板2锁定，这样学生就可以在夹层板2上放置课本和学习用具。
