本实用新型公开了一种交直流电源自动投切装置,它含有交流空气开关Q1、直流空气开关Q2,交流熔断器RD1、直流熔断器RD2,交流控制开关K1、直流控制开关K2,交流接触器KM1、直流接触器KM2,所述交流接触器KM1的常闭接点KM1-2设置在所述直流接触器KM2的电路上,所述直流接触器KM2的常闭接点KM2-2设置在所述交流接触器KM1的电路上,所述交流接触器KM1的常开接点KM1-1以及所述直流接触器KM2的常开接点KM2-1分别与照明电路连接。本实用新型采用双路电源供电,当一路电源出现故障时,另一路电源自动投入,其投切速度快,有效降低停电时间。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种电力照明电供电装置,特别是涉及一种交直流电源自动投切装置。 
背景技术:
随着经济的飞速发展,我国电力建设也与时俱进,在发电厂、变电站等重要场合,需要时刻保证照明电源不能中断,若交流照明电源失去,需手动切换投入直流照明电源供电,由于采用手动切换,因此需要中断一定的照明供电时间,这给生产带来一些不便。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、使用方便且能够自动切换电源的交直流电源自动投切装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:交直流电源自动投切装置含有交流空气开关Q1、直流空气开关Q2,交流熔断器RD1、直流熔断器RD2,交流控制开关K1、直流控制开关K2,交流接触器KM1、直流接触器KM2,所述交流接触器KM1的常闭接点KM1-2设置在所述直流接触器KM2的电路上,所述直流接触器KM2的常闭接点KM2-2设置在所述交流接触器KM1的电路上,所述交流接触器KM1的常开接点KM1-1以及所述直流接触器KM2的常开接点KM2-1分别与照明电路连接。
使用时将空开Q1、Q2接通,然后接通K1、K2。若先接通K1,则KM1先通电吸合,其常开接点KM1-1接通,常闭接点KM1-2断开,交流电源为负载供电。此时由于KM1-2触点已断开,故KM2无法吸合,直流作为备用电源。若先接通K2,则KM2先通电吸合,其常开接点KM2-1接通,常闭接点KM2-2断开,直流电源为负载供电。此时由于KM1-1触点已断开,故KM1无法吸合,交流作为备用电源。
使用交流供电因故停电时,KM1释放,常开接点KM1-1断开,常闭接点KM1-2接通,KM2通电吸合,常开接点KM2-1接通,常闭接点KM2-2断开,由直流供电。
使用直流供电因故停电时,KM2释放,KM1通电吸合,由交流供电。该电路使用简单,可靠控制,维修方便。
KM1*、KM2*为防止KM1-1、KM2-1接点粘连,交直流电源串到一起,特串联一个接点。交流电源和直流电源上分别设置有电源指示灯。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型采用双路电源供电,当一路电源出现故障时,另一路电源自动投入,其投切速度快,有效降低停电时间。
2、本实用新型双路电源上均设置电源指示灯,能够清晰的显示哪一路电在供电,便于工作人员及时对另一路电进行相应处理。
3、本实用新型设置KM1*、KM2*,能够有效防止KM1-1、KM2-1接点粘连,提高投切的准确率。
4、本实用新型结构简单、使用方便且能够自动切换电源,其适用范围广,易于推广实施,具有良好的经济效益。

交直流电源自动投切装置含有交流空气开关Q1、直流空气开关Q2,熔断器RD1、RD2,控制开关K1、K2,交流接触器KM1、直流接触器KM2,所述交流接触器KM1的常闭接点KM1-2设置在所述直流接触器KM2的电路上,所述直流接触器KM2的常闭接点KM2-2设置在所述交流接触器KM1的电路上,所述交流接触器KM1的常开接点KM1-1以及所述直流接触器KM2的常开接点KM2-1分别与照明电路连接。
交流电源上设置有辅助交流接触器KM1*,直流电源上设置有辅助直流接触器KM2*。交流电源和直流电源上分别设置有电源指示灯1。
使用时,将Q1、Q2接通,然后接通K1、K2。若先接通K1,则KM1先通电吸合,其常开接点KM1-1接通,常闭接点KM1-2断开,交流电源为负载供电。此时由于KM1-2触点已断开,故KM2无法吸合,直流作为备用电源。若先接通K2,则KM2先通电吸合,其常开接点KM2-1接通,常闭接点KM2-2断开,直流电源为负载供电。此时由于KM1-1触点已断开,故KM1无法吸合,交流作为备用电源。
使用交流供电因故停电时,KM1释放,常开接点KM1-1断开,常闭接点KM1-2接通,KM2通电吸合,常开接点KM2-1接通,常闭接点KM2-2断开,由直流供电。
使用直流供电因故停电时,KM2释放,KM1通电吸合,由交流供电。该电路使用简单,可靠控制,维修方便。
    KM1*、KM2*为防止KM1-1、KM2-1接点粘连,交直流电源串到一起,特串联一

1.一种交直流电源自动投切装置,含有交流空气开关Q1、直流空气开关Q2,交流熔断器RD1、直流熔断器RD2,交流控制开关K1、直流控制开关K2,交流接触器KM1、直流接触器KM2,其特征是:所述交流接触器KM1的常闭接点KM1-2设置在所述直流接触器KM2的电路上,所述直流接触器KM2的常闭接点KM2-2设置在所述交流接触器KM1的电路上,所述交流接触器KM1的常开接点KM1-1以及所述直流接触器KM2的常开接点KM2-1分别与照明电路连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的交直流电源自动投切装置,其特征是:交流电源上设置有辅助交流接触器KM1*,直流电源上设置有辅助直流接触器KM2*。
3.根据权利要求2所述的交直流电源自动投切装置,其特征是:所述交流电源和直流电源上分别设置有电源指示灯。
